I most appreciated the way that Stoyan worked with me. He made two separate visits to my home and spent more than an hour each time talking me through the science and the job itself in great detail, answering my many questions. He also answered questions via email promptly in an understandable way. When he came out for his final visit after the job was finished, he demonstrated how it works, again staying for as long as it took to answer my questions. The estimator visited and walked me through everything, took his time to look for potential causes of a our problem, questioned up extensively about when we had problems and ended up suggesting that we start small (and inexpensive) to see if fixing a crack would solve problems. Other estimators with other companies went straight to really expensive drain tile systems without looking for other possible solutions. The work was scheduled promptly and they did a great job. They called back and checked on how everything was working 24 hours after the install, and scheduled a second visit to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy with the result. I would hire Real Seal again and highly recommend them."
