"When I arrived home on August 31st at around 10:30 pm. I noticed water leaking from my air conditioning unit and was damaging my hard wood floor already. I immediately texted Charlie and asked him if he was available to come fix it. He replied whiting minutes and told me that he could be at my house the next day around noon. He arrived at 12:30 the next day and started working on my air conditioner. He had to cut the drainage pipes because they were clogged and were causing the water to leak. It took him about 1 hour and 30 minutes to fix it. I highly recommend Charlie's Plumbing Heating & Sewerage Service Ing. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the job. "Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. They diagnosed the issue stating we needed to get the main sewer line ( about 1-3 feet) replaced and they would need to dig a huge hole in the basement and etc.. Estimate was more than a small car. I called around to a few other companies and got more expensive quotes. This sewer line was CLOGGED... his team dug the hole, replaced the pipes, cleaned them out and discovered tree roots and 4 feet of stuff that shall not be named. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."

"Jan and George have done 5 different jobs for me at a couple different places that I've lived: (1) Fix and replace a leaking toilet flange that someone else improperly installed before I bought my condo, (2) Replaced my leaking water heater (3) Replace a leaking shower valve as well as old supply lines to the valve + install new quarter-turn shutoffs, (4) install a new zero-freeze exterior hose bib plus an interior quarter-turn shutoff to the hose bib and (5) replace leaking sewage pipes. Every single job was done with a very high level of detail. When these guys sweat pipes, every joint is perfect. They clean off residual flux after they make connections. They properly anchor pipes in walls so there is no movement in the pipes when you open and close valves. When they installed a new water heater for me, they did a great job of centering it in the utility closet and routing the pipes, drain and shutoff valves so it would be much easier to service in the future. When they installed a new shower valve and fixtures for me one time, they did a fantastic job finding high-end, high-quality stuff that fit perfectly and matched the finishes of my bathroom. Of all the tradesman that I've hired to do work on my current or previous homes, I probably trust these guys more than anyone else to do exceptional, high-quality work on every job."

"Pablo and his coworker arrived on time. They took pictures of the work being done such as excavating a hole in the ground, removing an existing broken clay pipe as well as replacing it. They proceeded then to reconnect the new clay pipe to a new 4” cast iron pipe and so on. They then backfilled the opening on the ground once the repair had been completed. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. This job was done right and the price I paid for was a bargain compared to how much another company wanted to charge me for the same job PSP did.
