"When I arrived home on August 31st at around 10:30 pm. I noticed water leaking from my air conditioning unit and was damaging my hard wood floor already. I immediately texted Charlie and asked him if he was available to come fix it. He replied whiting minutes and told me that he could be at my house the next day around noon. He arrived at 12:30 the next day and started working on my air conditioner. He had to cut the drainage pipes because they were clogged and were causing the water to leak. It took him about 1 hour and 30 minutes to fix it. I highly recommend Charlie's Plumbing Heating & Sewerage Service Ing. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the job. "Stoyian was amazing! He came out and gave me the most reasonable estimate I had after 3 other waterproofing companies came out. His crew was on time and ready to go. He had two crews: one to fix the seepage in the crawl space and one to install the new sump-pump and back up pump. Stoyian (the owner) gave us an upgraded back up pump because it was on sale and didn't up-charge us. The crew that came out to install the sump-pump accidentally severed my cable line. Stoyian came out to fix that as well! The pump was working perfectly until 2 weeks ago. When I called Stoyian, he came out himself, that day, to inspect what was wrong. He decided to replace the entire pump after he diagnosed that a stone accidentally got into the drainage. On a SUNDAY, he came out, installed the new pump and raised it so that this problem wouldn't happen again. There was no charge. As soon as I called to schedule him , whether for an estimate, work done, or repair, I received a call back within an hour. He was nice, polite, and prompt. His crew cleaned up after they left and were not intrusive. I would highly recommend him, his knowledge of plumbing, and his workmanship!"
