"I have a powder room that is above an unheated cellar entryway. In the winter the plumbing supply lines that run under this space would freeze. After tearing away insulation I realized these pipes were very old and also were full of various spigot valves for no apparent reason. Charlie recommended replacing them with new pipes with now valves in the cold area. He replaced them with galvanized pipes because of the higher PSI threshold. He installed independent shut off valves in my basement so I could turn these supplies off in the event of a freeze. Everything went perfectly - I use Charlie for all my plumbing needs and always will. He's a busy guy so he's not always immediately available -but I've found he's worth the wait.

"Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."

They proceeded then to reconnect the new clay pipe to a new 4” cast iron pipe and so on. They then backfilled the opening on the ground once the repair had been completed. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. This job was done right and the price I paid for was a bargain compared to how much another company wanted to charge me for the same job PSP did. Needed a plumber to run new interior piping and test all piping before the gas company would turn on the gas again. "I just bought a house in Glenview. I was looking for a company that could install a drainage solution to one side of my house. The grade runs towards the north side of the house causing excess water runoff and potential seepage into the basement. I did my research and found ULB-DRY Waterproofing. I have to say that the entire process was absolutely flawless. Their estimator came out to assess the situation and provide solutions. They had to come out a second time to perform a site survey to make sure their solution would work properly (making sure there was enough pitch from the front of the property to the back to drain the water). Once everything was assessed we scheduled a day for their crew to come out to perform the work (installing a french drain to move excess water build up away from the side of the house). They also connected one of my gutter downspouts to the pipe to drain that water away also. The crew was very professional, hard working, and technically sound. Not many companies have all these attributes. They really knew what they were doing. This company is awesome."
