"I just bought a house in Glenview. I was looking for a company that could install a drainage solution to one side of my house. The grade runs towards the north side of the house causing excess water runoff and potential seepage into the basement. I did my research and found ULB-DRY Waterproofing. I have to say that the entire process was absolutely flawless. Their estimator came out to assess the situation and provide solutions. They had to come out a second time to perform a site survey to make sure their solution would work properly (making sure there was enough pitch from the front of the property to the back to drain the water). Once everything was assessed we scheduled a day for their crew to come out to perform the work (installing a french drain to move excess water build up away from the side of the house). They also connected one of my gutter downspouts to the pipe to drain that water away also. The crew was very professional, hard working, and technically sound. Not many companies have all these attributes. They really knew what they were doing. This company is awesome."

"Fantastic- EB Masonry delivered on constructing our back yard project (a low lying platform deck). We priced out several options and they were the most affordable. They were great communicators and stayed true to our timelines. We hired them to do an additional project (a garage party door) and were not disappointed!!"

"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

Our problem was a lot of loose vinyl siding on our two-story home that we were fearful of blowing away. Dario Garcia and Jose were very thorough in their assessment of our project, making certain that the wood underneath the siding was in good condition before the repair, which it was. It was evident from this assessment that they took pride in what they do. They then gave us a fair estimate for the repair. Their attention to detail left our home in better condition, and we could be happier. They did a beautiful job. Because we were so happy with the work they did on our house, we hired them to do some vinyl repair on my sister's home. Results again, were excellent.
