"I just bought a house in Glenview. I was looking for a company that could install a drainage solution to one side of my house. The grade runs towards the north side of the house causing excess water runoff and potential seepage into the basement. I did my research and found ULB-DRY Waterproofing. I have to say that the entire process was absolutely flawless. Their estimator came out to assess the situation and provide solutions. They had to come out a second time to perform a site survey to make sure their solution would work properly (making sure there was enough pitch from the front of the property to the back to drain the water). Once everything was assessed we scheduled a day for their crew to come out to perform the work (installing a french drain to move excess water build up away from the side of the house). They also connected one of my gutter downspouts to the pipe to drain that water away also. The crew was very professional, hard working, and technically sound. Not many companies have all these attributes. They really knew what they were doing. This company is awesome."

"This was our second time working with Permeseal. Had a great experience the first time was they remediated four foundation cracks. This time, stabilized concrete steps that had pulled away from house, amd leveled out a sidewalk.. They explained the remediation effort and went to work. Very conscientious and true craftsmen."

"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

Started the projects on 6/1/2022 and finished on 7/31/2022 - amazing time frame. Projects flowed smoothly, attention to detail was awesome. All of our questions and concerns were addressed to give us the utmost comfort level to choose Aaron/Clean Edge to handle our remodeling projects. Carmella did an awesome job in keeping us updated on when to expect contractors to be in the home. There is not one thing that I would have changed in what was done, but believe me, we did change things as we moved along in the projects... added a 1/2 bath in the basement and changed the kitchen and basement counter choices. They did a very good job lifting one side of the garage floor without any cracks in the slab. Cleaned up everything at the end and the price was very good."
