Real Seal are very professional. Came out when they said, sent estimate and set up to have work done in a timely matter. The technician sealed two cracks in our foundation crawl space. Did a excellent job and was very friendly and knowledgable. I will be using them again for another crack.

The service and care we received from Real Seal was outstanding. Our foundation was sinking and Real Seal came to the rescue. After reviewing and getting several quotes. Real Seal was the one company that took their time and explained every process to us and made us feel safe and secure in our decision. They explained everything throughly and in detail. I knew every step that was done and they even went above what was expected. Austin was always available if we had any questions and if he didn't have the answer he knew who to refer us to for extra assistance. Very professional from start to finish. We have an older home that has partial cinder block foundation. They were able to seal the problem areas and with recent heavy rainfalls, all dry! They sent me a video prior to the job to show us exactly how the process worked. Very happy and satisfied would definitely recommend Real Seal!

I've used Real Seal several times for various projects. They have fixed cracks in the foundation, sealed the base of the foundation, rerouted the discharge line from the sump, installed a backup sump. I have always found them to do a great job at a reasonable price. They take the time to identify the source of the problem and they explain what they can do to fix it in terms a layman can understand. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone I have interacted with from Real Seal has been great from the office staff to the rep who comes out to assess and price the job to the techs who come out to fix the problem. I recently had Real Seal do some repairs to a dock wall and lift a sidewalk at my work. From the first moment I contacted Real Seal they are nothing but professional. My first point of contact was Diane Schnieder. This lady is the best. When she came out to look at the scope of work, she told me yes indeed we can fix this. Then I mentioned a more complex repair on the leaning loading dock wall. Diane looked it over and said we can fix it. They have already repaired the sidewalk, and they are coming back out to repair the leaning dock wall. This company is totally awesome.

They gave an estimate, and scheduled the completion quickly. On the day of the waterproofing a foundation crack and pipe repair they had some unforeseen occurrence, but they responded quickly with professionalism, good communication and very good customer service. They cared about getting it right and I appreciated their efforts!

I had compared services of 3 different companies and was impressed by Real Seal and the quick response of the appointment and answers to my questions by Manny and Susan, after comparing prices of all 3 companies I remembered the saying (You get what you pay for) so choose the Real Seal company for their quality and they matched the price of the others, which was a Win Win deal. When the technician came out on time and answered all my questions and performed a great job, I waited a couple of weeks to give this review to see after a couple of rainy days how good it was and is so Dry in my basement ?.

Real Seal promptly sent someone to assess the crack that periodically allows water to seep into my basement. Then they promptly sent a tech to seal it. I was leaving the state on business and needed it done and they got it done (though, while that is great for me, keep in mind this was in winter, which is not their busiest season).

The work was done promptly and flawlessly. The whole process from quoting to scheduling the work was great. Both the office and onsite staff coordinated really well. We highly recommend Real Seal to tackle your waterproof projects.

The Real Seal team responded promptly and effectively throughout the project from the estimation through completion of work. There was a miss on their part during the estimation process, which could have resulted in a big issue, but they handled it with professionalism and grace and performed the additional work free of charge. The crew was professional and I think they did a great job. All in all, I’d hire them again.

It is too early to tell if these repairs will solve the problem in the crawl space. When the spring rains come that will be the test. However, I thought the repair specialist explained everything to me honestly and it looked like the repairman did a very good job.

We were getting some water in our basement, which The Real Seal determined was coming from a crack in the foundation. They identified and repaired the crack quickly. Our technician worked neatly and efficiently, and all staff were pleasant and responsive throughout the process.

Had a great experience with Real Seal from beginning to end. Initial consultation to solution for seepage in corner of our basement resulted in drain tile option with new sump pit given our specific situation. The work was scheduled and completed several weeks later. The crew was very professional and made sure the work was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Real Seal.

Very well, our home is more leak proof / water tight than when we bought it some 30 years ago... and is anticipated to remain so for another 30+ years. All the mentioned work occurred during 3 visits spread across some 18 months; but none of the visits required more than a single day to complete. Work was conveniently scheduled and the worker(s) always arrived on time; if not 15 minutes early. A year after our last work was done (the poly-jacking), The Real Seal, at my request but at no charge, even sent out a technician to replace/redo some concrete plugs in those poly-jack holes that had popped out probably due to outdoor temperature swings.

Excellent service from onsite project review and cost estimate, to customer service/scheduling and on completed work repair. This repair was conducted in a workman-like manner, at the actual cost provided in the estimate and scheduled as planned. No unpleasant surprises.

It went very well. While I got their estimate and signed the contract in July, they we not able to do the work until the end of September because they were so busy. The person who came to make the estimate was knowledgeable and understood exactly what I needed and proposed solutions to my problems. The crew that came to do the work did a great job.

The Real Seal did a fantastic job, performed work as desired, and completed on time, at cost, and with good quality. I would hire again.

Out of the three basement waterproofing experts we called to offer solutions after getting a lot of water in the basement of our 1925 home, Joe at The Real Seal was the only one who seemed to take serious time in investigating the cause. He even came back a second time after we got more water in another spot to see what could be causing it and what a cost-effective solution might be. On top of that, the price was right! We never ever felt pressured into committing to the work, and they seemed confident in their skills to get the job done. Our partial interior drain tile job was finished in two days. While we can't yet vouch for the drain tile's efficacy since we haven't gotten a large spring rain yet and we're still in the process of refinishing our basement after it was demoed for this work, we expect we'll have a dry basement!

It went well. George, Cesar and Carlos did a great job. They had to dig up part of my front yard but they cleaned up the area so that you can't even notice. Real Seal has done several jobs for me and I've never had a problem. They are friendly, professional and trustworthy. Their prices are reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.
