When I finally made the decision to choose Estate Exteriors, Eugene helped me choose the shingle color and, again made sure any questions were answered. Once the crew arrived, they immediately got to work. If they found needed roof repair, phots were taken which Eugene shared with me. When the work was completed, clean-up was excellent, and Eugene returned the next day to inspect the work and do any extra clean-up. The contract states tear off old roof and install new shingles. He did not honor the contract. He didn't reroof the entire roof, and only reshingled the flat roof. The contract and request was for a new roof over the entire house. Of the Leake he asked why it just now started leaking, and suggested maybe a branch fell on it. It did not seem he ever intended to honor the warranty. His first response was "I didn't do the back" when I called about the leak and told him the location. I requested a partial refund, and he started that he would wait till he's served -- boasting that a lawsuit will take a year."
