I’m so pleased with the holiday design that Light Up Your Holidays executed on our home in Chicago for Christmas 2024! I was fortunate enough to have a voucher from a fundraiser to put towards our holiday lighting. Karla from LUYH reached out to me in June to begin the planning process. Even though it was early, I was so happy to have my decisions made well in advance. There are too many other things to worry about around the holidays. My experience with Karla was wonderful. Karla is exceptional at her job. She presented and described options to me and was very patient while I made my decision. Once decided, a payment and installation schedule were presented to me. The entire process was so easy, from start to finish. Installation was very professional, as was the communication throughout the process, through removal of decorations/lighting. Text updates and reminders were helpful and appreciated. Installation was around Thanksgiving, but it was up to me when I wanted to flip the switch. I turned everything on when the install crew was present, and it looked outstanding! In fact, my next-door neighbor noticed and came outside to compliment me on our installation. The quality of the greenery and lights is really wonderful and clearly professional grade products are used. I may change my design for next year, and even though it’s only January, I’m already thinking of fresh design ideas for our home. The team returned promptly and removed everything with care and efficiency, leaving my property in perfect condition. It’s clear that they take pride in their work from start to finish. This is our 2nd year using Light Up Your Holidays to beautify our family home during the Christmas Season, and we couldn't be more pleased!! We chose the same design from last year and also added 3 more rows of garland and bows in the center section - it looks amazing! We used Light Up Your Holidays for the first time for the 2023 Christmas season and were thoroughly satisfied and extremely pleased with the company from start to finish! From the initial zoom meeting, to the detailed descriptions and pictures of the proposed lighting, to the set up and customer service interactions, to the removal of the decorations, and most importantly - to the beautiful overall appearance of the lighting of our home and gazebo!! Kelly and her whole crew were AMAZING! She has incredible responsiveness, clean and modern design, and quality product. Then lights are interwoven within the greenery so you can't see an cords. The wreaths are breathlessly beautiful. I also love how the company donates time to decorate homes for people in need. I strongly recommend!!!

Wonderful. Kelly and her team really decked our halls. Four elves came to our home, measured, and selected appropriate ornamentation for our house. Very professional, nice, and did a great job. As a bonus, they remove and store in their workshop until next year. Will definitely use them again next year!

If you're not using Light Up Your Holidays, you need to as it is a great service at an economical price for your home. We turn our lights on the day after Thanksgiving and keep them going until the middle of January so we can enjoy how great our house looks because of Light Up Your Holidays.

They were great. Kelly and crew do a fantastic job and make the holiday season so easy. From start to finish they are the best. Happy to sign the 2019 contract. Looking forward to the start of the holidays.

Our home holiday lighting is amazing and puts the whole family into a wonderful holiday mood every year. The lights are tastefully arranged and produce a classic look for our home. When a service issue arises which is rare, their service team arrives quickly to make the repair. Our holidays would not be the same without Kelly's special touch. We are very happy clients.

Kelly and her team do an amazing job! This year I had them decorate the outside of my home (front and back!) and they also did the interior. My family and I enjoyed every minute of the holidays - the place looked fantastic and there was no stress in putting the decorations up or taking them down. This was my second year with Light Up Your Holidays and I'm hooked - I wouldn't trust my holidays to anyone else.

Kelly and her team have been great to work with. She did a terrific job with the design and her installers are reliable, professional and detail oriented. Everything is ready to go and checked out before they arrive and all we have to do is flip the switch. And if there is any issue or outage, there is a dedicated response number and email that gets almost immediate response. We’ve been very happy, get compliments every year and have been using Light Up Your Holidays for the past 6 years as a result. We highly recommend them.

We have hired this company over the course of several years to install Christmas lights. Each year the price goes up and the quality goes down. Tree light strands are skimpy are seemingly tossed from branch to branch. Our complaints were apparently met with nonchalance, because no improvements were made. We will not be hiring this company next year.
