Throughout the entire process, James Construction group was happy to wait and consult as needed. I feel many companies may have moved on during this lull in our project and left us out. Once we finally got all the right paper work, they moved very quickly to rehab our house. All the while, we lived in the basement. Every contractor that came through for them was very nice and kept things as clean as possible (construction is always going to be dusty to a degree). As for the finishing, they made that easy too by allowing us to pick the big design elements but handled most of the "small finishes" that go overlooked but are a massive headache for the home owner. For example, baseboard trim was something we weren't very passionate about and let the company match up to our style - it looked great! With any construction project, there's bound to be change orders. James Construction was always flexible, assisting in anyway they could. We had an extra last-minute bath remodel that they team executed flawlessly, even though many of the contractors that were needed for the project had already done their jobs on the bigger parts of the houses. With the finished product, we couldn't be happier. If you have a rehab or want to upgrade, this is the right company for you. They're budget friendly, too!"

"Herb Blackmon was our first point
of contact with US Waterproofing.  He provided a detailed explanation of
what was causing the leak in our basement.  Herb was very knowledgeable
and explained the issues we were facing in a manner that was easy to understand.
 He presented us with several options and we decided to install the drain
tile system in our entire basement as well as a new concrete floor.
The job took about a week to complete.  It was originally supposed to take about 48
hours but when we decided to have a new floor installed and to have the old
floor dug out to gain a few inches of height in the basement it extended the
time of the job.  The crew arrived
promptly every day and began by breaking up and removing the old floor.  Once that was done they began the process of installing
the drain tile system and digging out the dirt/sand to gain additional ceiling
height.  Once that was complete they
dumped the rocks and gravel and began laying the concrete floor.  We were very satisfied with the work of US
Waterproofing from start to finish.  Herb
was an awesome salesman.  He was
knowledgeable without being undermining and pushy and he was patient and gave
us great advice about how we were to proceed. 
The crew was hardworking and professional.  I would recommend US Waterproofing to anyone

"RealSeal installed new drainage tiles and a sump pump in my approx. 950 sq. ft. basement. They also installed a tough waterproof membrane around that periphery. In order to do this, they had to cut out the bottom 2-4 ft of the drywall and studs in 2 rooms down there, and dispose of the debris. The ONLY reason I'm not giving them 100% on quality is that, while replacing the cement and rebuilding the slab for my laundry tub, they did not make the slab level, which has resulted in adjustments that are difficult to make, as my laundry tub is extremely heavy and difficult to nudge. Other than the problem with the slab, the workers were professional in their manner, and it appears that RealSeal has equipped them with very good gear and conditions; they seemed to actually enjoy their work. Jose, the foreman, was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. And Dan, the salesman, was also great in answering my many, many questions. The video on RealSeal's website was a good resource for me in envisioning the project. I would definitely recommend RealSeal to others."
