We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. The guys worked hard and when the floor had been cleaned and sealed it looked very clean almost like new. We were very pleased. Their work exceeded our expectations. While the house can't be cleaned "top to bottom" every time, they know what needs to be done on a bi-weekly basis, monthly basis ... and maybe just a few times a year (like moving heavier furniture).
