I already had a french drain sump pump salesperson told me they were going to make another one I told them what about just changing out my sump pump injector that's not working he said that it was not possible and he wanted me to give him a rating of the work that is not even been performed ( what I call stuffing the ballot ) so I ended up calling a plumber he installed a new sub pump injector and everything's working fine I saved $15,000 this company's group solve people by overselling something they don't need

We have had a disastrous and extremely frustrating experience with PermaSeal. PermaSeal installed a drain tile system at our house. Months later we realized that they broke a pipe that they installed which resulted in the drain tile system pouring water into our ejector pit and flooding our septic system. There was a huge hole in the pipe, and it was grossly negligent that it was installed this way. This problem flooded our back yard with sewage and caused several thousand dollars worth of damage/costs. When we realized what was happening, they sent out a tech who found the broken pipe and completed the repair. However, when we asked that they reimburse us for the costs we have had to incur or give us a partial refund to cover them they have completely dropped the ball. We have called the manager we were told was handling the situation multiple times only to hear that he’s waiting to hear from another manager who’s handling the case. They won’t give us any contact info for that manager and say that they will reach out. It has been a month since we notified them of the problem, and all they can tell us is that “they’ve passed our case on and we’ll hear from someone.” When you are a potential customer, their communication is excellent and timely. However, once they have your money, it seems they couldn’t care less about if the job was done right or addressing problems. We paid PermaSeal an enormous amount of money for the drain tile system, and thousands more for damage/costs that they caused. We shouldn’t have to wait weeks for a phone call.

We used Perma Seal for several big projects—waterproofing our basement and replacing our concrete back yard and sidewalks. We had drain tiles, sump pumps and a dehumidifier installed, along with extensive concrete work outside. We dealt with a variety of crews and found everyone to be very communicative, professional, and knowledgeable. They did great work and kept us informed at every step of the process. When we had a questions, they were very responsive. All in all, we'd recommend and use them again.

Every time I’ve had an issue with something they have always been good about someone coming out and fixing whatever it is. They have replaced my sump pumps, hot water heater and check valve on my sewage ejection system. The last time they came out, there was an issue with the gas valve on my hot water heater and Gus, the plumber they sent explained what happened and what to do if it stops working the next time. Overall I’ve been pleased with their services over the last 5 years and will probably continue to use them.

This was our second time working with Permeseal. Had a great experience the first time was they remediated four foundation cracks. This time, stabilized concrete steps that had pulled away from house, amd leveled out a sidewalk.. They explained the remediation effort and went to work. Very conscientious and true craftsmen.
