"Signed up the folks at TVE to do a full remodel on the exterior of my 3k sqft house that contained 40+ squares of roof and siding. First and foremost, all in all , very happy with the result. TVE has the best contractors in the business. From Travis that did the roof to Jay and Matt handling the siding, Absolute craftsmen in what they do and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. I would absolutely recommend them. However there is always room for improvement and something I have shared with my friends at TVE directly. They bring the best to do the work, but their office process is (in my opinion) has alot of room for improvement. Every step of the project had issues and TVE resolved each and everyone of them! But sometimes it was tough communicating the issues for they have a general e-mail address that you never know who is going to answer, fairly I like the documentation aspect that e-mail provides. I'd think it pretty common for each person in the office to have and email address, so this 'general inbox' caused alot of back and forth that wasn't necessary. If I had to do it all over again, and I absolutely would with TVE. Id get a more concrete contract up front that outlined completion dates and specific Service Level Agreements that outline response times. People , process , product may sound familiar. TVE has two out of three perfected, if they just fix that process part .. well , unstoppable"

"Jeremy was fantastic. Extremely professional, knowledgeable. He installed our Schlage keyless door locks, hung our tv's and also hooks for coats in laundry room. He came prepared with all tools and everything he did was top notch perfect. We will ask Jeremy again for his services. "When I met with the two salespeople from Universal Windows Direct of Boise (NOW Remodeling), I settled with this company because of the high-end, insulated siding they offered me. I also requested octagon gable vents. When the materials arrived to my home, the siding was not insulated. I called the production manager and he told me my contract listed the lower-end siding. Unfortunately, I did sign the contract trusting what was discussed was listed. I had not realize the siding name on the contract was the lower-end siding. The company did work with me to resolve the issue by giving me the insulation and gable vents at no added cost. I feel the salespeople, the production manager and the subcontractor installer need to talk with one another. The company also needs to add a follow up call to the costumer to verify what was requested prior to ordering the material. The customer is not familiar with the names of the siding or terms used and what should be listed on the contract. I thought it was odd that the installer asked me for the color that I selected because that was not ever written on the contract."
