"Rep opened up conversation with extremely high price, then tried to up sale me into spending 2000$ on a new water heater. Stated that he would fix my broken pipe for free. I told him I only though it was a fairly easy fix about 200$ repair job. He went in to the crawl space and came back out and stated good news say the pipe had never been connected. So he cleaned up and glued the pipe and charged me 160$ for 10 minutes of actual work. He did verify there were no leaks after repair"

"Ryan and the crew were awesome to work deal with and came out quickly to give us an estimate on our septic issue. They were instrumental in helping expedite the permit process, so we could have the job completed asap. They worked quickly and were very polite and thorough while replacing the septic & drainfield the very next day. Prices seemed very reasonable and we would recommend them to anyone! "Takes for ever to get a return a call. Also took a week to get someone out for repairs. They said they would reimburse me for septic repairs and it took over 3 months for that to happen."
