"Jose was fantastic in fixing up some water damaged siding. He was upfront and honest about the work needed done and pricing. I'm military stationed in Florida and need work done on my rental property in idaho and his communication and patience was amazing. He sent picture along the way and explained everything he was doing nit just to me, but my tenants. He was mindful of my tenants schedule and worked to accommodate. I was never blindsided with hidden costs, which was a relief when we found more damaged under the siding (pics of everything was sent) I was expecting a huge bill from what was quoted for a few boards to be replaced. I was more than comfortable and happy with the final price. The repairs looks great, tenants are happy, insurance is happy, and I have a warranty. "It took 3 hours to get an estimate. The salesman kept pressing for information about how much money I could put as a down payment. I only got an estimate after I threatened to leave. The total cost was very high. The person who called to schedule the salesman appointment was very pushy about windows and siding. About a week after my conversation with the salesman, a person called from DaBella and asked for a review of my experience. I finally hung up in exasperation. I have had other estimates from roofers who were able to be simple and direct. Price was a secondary factor in rejecting the company. I value simple, honest, direct people who are interested in getting me what I need and don't push."

"Signed up the folks at TVE to do a full remodel on the exterior of my 3k sqft house that contained 40+ squares of roof and siding. First and foremost, all in all , very happy with the result. TVE has the best contractors in the business. From Travis that did the roof to Jay and Matt handling the siding, Absolute craftsmen in what they do and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. I would absolutely recommend them. However there is always room for improvement and something I have shared with my friends at TVE directly. They bring the best to do the work, but their office process is (in my opinion) has alot of room for improvement. Every step of the project had issues and TVE resolved each and everyone of them! But sometimes it was tough communicating the issues for they have a general e-mail address that you never know who is going to answer, fairly I like the documentation aspect that e-mail provides. I'd think it pretty common for each person in the office to have and email address, so this 'general inbox' caused alot of back and forth that wasn't necessary. If I had to do it all over again, and I absolutely would with TVE. Id get a more concrete contract up front that outlined completion dates and specific Service Level Agreements that outline response times. People , process , product may sound familiar. TVE has two out of three perfected, if they just fix that process part .. well , unstoppable"
