Robert knew we were moving in to our new home soon and he was able to fit a 12-day job into a 10-day window (a hole in his schedule he really didn't have). On top of the flooring job, he replaced a tub with a step-in shower and tiled the bathroom floor. He's a superman!

They bid the job of finish trim in our kitchen cabinets. They should have been honest and told me they could not, poor poor job. They delayed the job twice and when he finally showed up. original time was 9am, he showed at 12:30. As I checked on him and he was caulking the cabinet trim, I stopped him and told him he was done. Finished cabinet trim in not something you caulk. I honored the quote of $1400 and sent him away. He spent a total of 6 hours on this and am so unhappy with the end results.

"This customer is a very different person to work for, and her expectations were unattainable. She does not know anything about remodeling but claims to know it all. She initially requested painting and trim, and now we're working on cabinets. We did our best to meet her expectations with respect, and I hope she can find what she needs. We were delayed because of being sick, Veterans Day, and bad weather since we traveled from Cascade to Horseshoe Bend. an unfortunate avoidable delay, which she seemed understanding about since we did not want to pass on any sickness and since she is a veteran."
