What a great company! Starting with the sales Representative, Manny. My wife and I never felt pressured at any time. With true professionalism and sincere friendliness he presented to us several programs that would fit into our budget. The team of painters was amazing. They were on time. They immediately got to work. We enjoyed their friendliness and laughter. Hard workers and professional results made us happy we chose Lagunas Painting. Manny and his crew did a great job. We didnâ t like the paint color we choose half through and they accommodated us and was very patient while we choose another color. They went back to the paint store and got the new color. No questions asked and still got the job done on time. What an awesome experience. Couldnâ t ask for anything more.

Manny and his team do great work as painters. I chose to let them also redo my countertops and splash guard in my kitchen and bathrooms. It has been 1 year and finish trim on my countertops is already coming apart. Grout work is flaking off. I have a seem in the middle of my counterop that was filled with grout that is coming off as well. Counters are not level. Very happy with their painting skills but extremly disappointed with the work on my countertops.

"Hello Justin, good to hear from you. We just wanted to reach out in response to clarify a few things and we are only a call away. Please review the following information based on our time stamps regarding this matter. Concluding summary: 1. All paint was approved and completed upon homeowner satisfaction. 2. Homeowner selected our deep cleaning service and the service was completed and approved upon satisfaction. 3. Homeowner was advised of cabinet difference in height by previous installers. We noted about a 3/8 difference. Homeowner was advised and we did all the following to the best of our ability to make the full counter be flush and seamless. 4. This has been about a year so in regards to anything flaking off please reach out. We are not sure if you are using a cleaning product that is possibly affecting the product. 5. We noted a total of 8 difference assignments for you which all were approved and completed upon satisfaction."

Very nice, final job was ok, but we had a brand new roof just put on along with new leafguard gutters within a month or so before painting. They charged us an extra 1450 to cover my gutters. They were very expensive and I felt this would assure they were still like brand new when done. There were paint marks all over. They did manage to get most off , but still not perfect. They did take off 150 for that. I felt like they were just hurrying, not not being very cautious and professional about our personal items. We had paint everywhere. Just recently got new garage doors within the past few weeks. The paint stuck from weather striping to garage door, when we opened garage door it stuck and broke garage door opener. Told them and they said sorry. Also have paint drops all over my new roof, my plants, and my cement. We had one of our vents outside broke . They did replace that , but did a sloppy job of painting it. Still have black paint on white curtains by my front door, from the paint. Basically, they were unprofessional. Would not recommend.

"Thank you Tracy for your review. We worked on your project close to 8 months ago. We pulled out the recorded notes and have review the following information: 1. The gutters were preserved and masked off since you guys wanted to save some money rather than having them un-installed. We masked off all gutters and downspouts & later did notice a few areas with overspray. 2. Prior to concluding the project we walked the full exterior and received your guys approval after overspray was removed. For the inconvenience we gave you a discount and both parties were happy. 3. As to the garage doors, this is very new information and have never had a garage door stick to this day. Not sure if something happened at the end of the day but a call would have been helpful & we still are a call away. Reach out of something happened there. Just to clarify we didnt receive any notice regarding anything breaking and we did not say SORRY in response. 4. We replaced the vent outside and had your approval due to the vent being discontinued so we did all possible to get it back in shape. We had your approval for all the above. In response we want to thank you for bringing us onboard."

They do much more than painting! Lagunas' did skirting replacement for us on our mobile home. Great job! Great team! Lots accomplished in 1-1/2 days. Hard working and friendly and skilled! We'll definitely have them do more work for us in the future. Recommend to anyone having many types of jobs on their to do list: Call Manny and the Lagunas team. They are capable to do many projects, in addition to painting - just ask!
