I'm military stationed in Florida and need work done on my rental property in idaho and his communication and patience was amazing. He sent picture along the way and explained everything he was doing nit just to me, but my tenants. He was mindful of my tenants schedule and worked to accommodate. I was never blindsided with hidden costs, which was a relief when we found more damaged under the siding (pics of everything was sent) I was expecting a huge bill from what was quoted for a few boards to be replaced.
