TVE has the best contractors in the business. From Travis that did the roof to Jay and Matt handling the siding, Absolute craftsmen in what they do and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. I would absolutely recommend them. However there is always room for improvement and something I have shared with my friends at TVE directly. They bring the best to do the work, but their office process is (in my opinion) has alot of room for improvement. Every step of the project had issues and TVE resolved each and everyone of them! But sometimes it was tough communicating the issues for they have a general e-mail address that you never know who is going to answer, fairly I like the documentation aspect that e-mail provides. I'd think it pretty common for each person in the office to have and email address, so this 'general inbox' caused alot of back and forth that wasn't necessary. If I had to do it all over again, and I absolutely would with TVE. Id get a more concrete contract up front that outlined completion dates and specific Service Level Agreements that outline response times. People , process , product may sound familiar. TVE has two out of three perfected, if they just fix that process part .. well , unstoppable"
