He sent picture along the way and explained everything he was doing nit just to me, but my tenants. He was mindful of my tenants schedule and worked to accommodate. I was never blindsided with hidden costs, which was a relief when we found more damaged under the siding (pics of everything was sent) I was expecting a huge bill from what was quoted for a few boards to be replaced.
