We are a team of 14 employees that have produced literally hundreds of successful construction projects over the past 9 years. We are very dependable, organized, efficient and honest. "It went very very wel. Starting with the drawings and design we felt that Coconut Bay was very professional and driven. During the period of building we could not visit the house itself and were related to pictures and movies. I was a little sceptic since we are used to Northern European craftsmanship. It became clear from the beginning that the process was constantly monitored very well and the house was very clean during all stages of building. The end result was as expected, all perfect and no snag list at all. What an unbelievable service and quality."

We are a family owned company that is well established with a 14,250 sq. ft. combined factory and showroom. We have skilled individuals in each department that specialize in what they do. Our Vice President is 4th generation in construction and grew up with his father in the construction industry. We offer hands on design and color selections as well as FREE in-home consultation.

"Hired this company for a kitchen remodel but buyer beware as this company has no intention of standing by their work. They will be your best friend while collecting money from you but understand should you have any issues with craftsmanship or defective finishes and cabinets you will only hear crickets from the office and owner. I can provide months of texts messages and phone calls with absolutely no response or concern. I had defective finish on several cabinets only months afters I paid for a brand new kitchen. No response from CC other than excuses and false promises but majority of time just avoiding my calls. They will complete your project but understand any problems you can expect some of the worst customer service. Once they have your money you become the last on the list for any concerns/problems or defects. My thoughts were very high initially of the company but once they had majority of funds for the project, time dragged actually had several months of no communication during project with unfinished items within the kitchen. Now I have paid for brand new kitchen to have a defective cabinet faces and months of no customer service regarding defects. I have been more than patient with them and as professional. Would absolutely not recommend this company for any remodel projects!"
