Vitaliy communicated well, handled the permitting process, stayed within the budget we discussed, and made sure the construction stayed on track. He was always responsive and straightforward whenever we had questions. We were especially happy with the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail throughout the house. Everything came together very well, and they even finished a little ahead of our scheduled move-in date. We also appreciate that Vitaliy has remained responsive after the project was completed. It's reassuring to work with a builder who doesn't disappear once the job is finished. Overall, it was a very positive building experience. "Piece of mind!! I was not at location but I got great communication accompanied by pictures and videos. This was a conscientious team led by Angela. Any concerns or questions were met with honest, transparent and if warranted solution based focus. I am hard to please, but I got the outcome I hoped for Anyone challenged with the right decision make ADECA your choice you wonâ t be sorry. We had all new windows, new carport, Florida room built from ground up . Everything to code and they handled alll permits. Timeline was a bit extended but not due to contractors rather supply of quality materials. All financial obligations were upfront and any need for decisions were addressed proactively and open for discussion and budget restrictions My stress was alleviated from the start of this project thanks to this crew! Any future projects they will be our first call."

"He created and built our custom kitchen. In this kitchen, he also included a 11 foot island with a bar that I love. He's done much work around the rest of the house too. Any time I need something done, I call Troy. I would recommend them to anybody needing similar work. He works with integrity - which means to me that he does what he says and he says what he does. That is helpful in today's market, because timing and scheduling can be a pain-point with contractors sometimes. I can't think of one thing that he hasn't done to my complete satisfaction."
