Mitch, the designer, was the first of five closet companies I called to respond and schedule an appointment. He was 10 minutes early for the appointment, spent at least an hour at my house measuring three times, and looking at what was hung in the closet and sitting on the shelves. Most importantly, he listened to what I said regarding my needs, and responded to those needs with his design. The gentlemen who showed up to install the closet were on time, and installed the closet in the two hours it was estimated to take. They were neat and courteous, and did everything I asked of them. I have more horror stories than I wish to remember regarding construction and home remodeling/repairs in the 25 years I have lived in South Florida, but this experience was an A plus! Kudos to Mitch and The Closet Edition for a job well done!
