Painting took much longer than they indicated it would, had to come back multiple times to paint areas that they missed or had done poorly, mediocre job at best, and worst of all they used tape on our hardwood floors when they put down drip paper that stripped the finish off of the floors! Now having to refinish them to repair the damage.
The "project manager" who has no project management skills whatsoever, rarely if ever showed up for meetings at the agreed upon time, and we constantly had to re-answer questions from her that we had previously answered in person or by email.
When they came in to redo the electrical in the rental apartment downstairs, they put in wall plugs without asking, which now have to be moved based upon our remodeling plans.
Paid them $1,500 for "blueprints to submit for the remodeling permits", and what we received were nothing close to professional grade.
We asked them to put together bids for replacing our old interior doors and front windows, and had to ask multiple times to see the breakdown on their proposed pricing; when we finally did receive a breakdown we saw immediately why they were balking at giving us the detail as they had marked up the windows and labor by 40% profit.
We fired them that day.
Bottom line, they didn't do what they said, they did shoddy work, and they stepped up to do things that they had no experience doing.
