C & C Construction & Remodeling

Hired this company for a kitchen remodel but buyer beware as this company has no intention of standing by their work. They will be your best friend while collecting money from you but understand should you have any issues with craftsmanship or defective finishes and cabinets you will only hear crickets from the office and owner. I can provide months of texts messages and phone calls with absolutely no response or concern. I had defective finish on several cabinets only months afters I paid for a brand new kitchen. No response from CC other than excuses and false promises but majority of time just avoiding my calls. They will complete your project but understand any problems you can expect some of the worst customer service. Once they have your money you become the last on the list for any concerns/problems or defects. My thoughts were very high initially of the company but once they had majority of funds for the project, time dragged actually had several months of no communication during project with unfinished items within the kitchen. Now I have paid for brand new kitchen to have a defective cabinet faces and months of no customer service regarding defects. I have been more than patient with them and as professional. Would absolutely not recommend this company for any remodel projects!

Joe was extremely accommodating. He took pictures of what I wanted and drafted up computerized sketches.  His assistant, Minor, was outstanding, meticulous, and worked on our home as if it was his own. The finished product couldn't be nicer.

.  Owner finally came out in January and stated that we weren't the biggest problem and he had other jobs that he had arranged himself ,not the salesman, that took priority. Remember the company had picked the start date.  Now the best, in May we noticed that the doors were coming apart.  Owner came out and said it would be as couple of weeks before he could get back to me then it would be about 21/2 months before he could deal with the problem. Needless to say, considering their past history. I certainly was not confident that the problem would be fixed.  In addition, when the owner came out to see the doors he stated that ALL painted doors will crack in Florida.  Wonder why he sold them?

Excellent job.  Very happy with results.  Get a lot of compliments on our kitchen now.  Would use C & C again in a heartbeat.

Our large entertainment center was a big black hole in our room now that flat screens are so much lighter and modern looking.  Joe created an open, spacious marble topped center, reversed the side opening doors on either end cabinet, installed a marble top and updated our look.  Can't rave enough about the final result.  We also had them install engineered wood floors in that same family room and a third bedroom.  This was the second time we had used them for a home improvement project.  They previously had installed a fantastic master bath project, featured on their Facebook page pictures.  Amanda worked with us to get the upscale, modern look we wanted at the very best price we could find.  I was particularly impressed that they stood behind their work.  The tile installer in our bath (one they no longer use) did not do a very good grout job and C&C stood behind their work and redid the grout a year later.

C & C Construction & Remodeling were very good about coming out and giving me an estimate and explaining what needed to be done. They went over everything with me and helping me pick out the wood for my countertops and all the fixtures, mirrors and the lighting. They just went over everything with me. They showed me my options. They took me to different supply places, to see what was a available. They just took me by the hand and walked me through everything.
