When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. They were very punctual, they cleaned up after themselves. They had to cut a hole in our attic; they installed an attic door that we provided to them at no extra charge because they needed to get up there anyway. Their estimator was really friendly knowledgeable, he was excellent."

"West Tech Mechanical Services (Joe Gonsalez) did an excellent job. This is the best investment that I have ever made for our quality of life in our home. Joe's attention to detail is evident in the care and consideration that he put into the duct work in the installation process. He thoroughly explained to me the importance of the duct work: location and size of the ducts to maximize the efficiency of the system that he was installing. Our home is an old home, and I really appreciate the care that he took in the installation process. I obtained 3 quotes for this job and West Tech Mechanical was in the middle. All the persons that came to our house were nice people. However, Joe's obvious attention to detail and how he explained the job is what convinced me that he and his company were the right people for the job. "The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"

Quickly diagnosed the problem (where previous plumbers could not), fixed the water pressure valve, advised me on do's and don't in use of the Noritz system. He also advised me that I should change the cap on the water heater, which was confirmed by the Noritz representative when I called the company. I would recommend Baltica any day to any one. Knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Reasonable prices. If you have tank-less water heater, don't use just any plumber, use Noritz certified technician. My heaters were previously incorrectly installed by licensed plumber, but he did not have experience with tankless."
