When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. Mike explained to me why that was happening and how it would be resolved.  It is great to understand what is being down to my HVAC and why it will help.  When the modifications were made Mike made sure to tune the system and make sure that the heat and AC functioned optimally.  Great service never goes out of style.
