"West Tech Mechanical Services (Joe Gonsalez) did an excellent job. This is the best investment that I have ever made for our quality of life in our home. Joe's attention to detail is evident in the care and consideration that he put into the duct work in the installation process. He thoroughly explained to me the importance of the duct work: location and size of the ducts to maximize the efficiency of the system that he was installing. Our home is an old home, and I really appreciate the care that he took in the installation process. I obtained 3 quotes for this job and West Tech Mechanical was in the middle. All the persons that came to our house were nice people. However, Joe's obvious attention to detail and how he explained the job is what convinced me that he and his company were the right people for the job. "My air conditioner broke on the hottest day of the year (113). I went on Angie's list and saw they were highly rated so I gave them a call. It was late in the day when I called, but they were able to come out the next day. The guy was able to get the AC working but said I probably needed a new system. This didn't come as a shock to me....it was getting old. I had gotten estimates before, so I had a dollar figure in my head for what a new system would cost. I called their office and scheduled an estimate. The young man who came out took his time and looked at everything. He explained what he was doing and why. When showing me my options, he didn't try to sell me the most expensive model, but the one that best suited my needs. It wound up being $3000 less then previous estimates I had been given. When it came to installation, their team arrived on time, put coverings down to protect my floors (HVAC is in the attic) and even brought a portable AC unit so I would be comfortable....it was about 110 that day. They thought it would probably take a day and a half, but they got it all done in one day. My AC is working great now. I didn't know how poorly my old unit was working until the new one was installed. I'll have to say that I have been impressed with this company from start to finish. Everyone from the lady who answers the phone, to the estimator, to the installers has been punctual, pleasant and informative. They send e-mails to confirm appointments, usually with a picture of who is coming. Also, the amount I paid for the first repair was deducted from the bill for installation. They are going to be my new go-to people for all heating and cooling from now on."

"After calling several companies in regards to tankless water heaters, we set an appointment with Kevin who was professional and knowledgable about these energy efficient water heaters.  We decided to go with Baltica because of their "can do" attitude.  They knew what was possible and what was not, even providing us with several options on where to place the water heaters and what else we could do with our piping.  Since we bought a multi-unit building that was built in the 1930s, they were very helpful in suggesting replacing certain pipes and fixtures.  Even while they were relocating pipes, they noticed an unused space behind the wall and suggested that we build a storage room.  We have since built the room and have increase our square footage and storage space (thanks Val!!). After work was completed, they were always very responsive to our request of documentation to submit for our tankless water heater rebates.  Kevin, Val, & Marius were all awesome to work with.  We would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs, especially if you are interested in a tankless water heater.
