This review is long overdue, but I need to praise Calclimate for their excellent service! Tom and Chris were professional, reliable, and provided quality work. Tom replaced my father’s AC unit last summer on a short notice and provided much needed relief for my father, who was physically impaired at the time. I highly recommend Calclimate and will definitely use them again!

110% recommend Calclimate HVAC for anyone who needs heating and cooling services in the Burbank area. I recently had them install a new HVAC system in my elderly father's condo, and I was very impressed with their work. The system hadn't been turned on in decades, so it was in pretty bad shape. Calclimate's technicians were professional and knowledgeable, and they did a great job of assessing the situation and recommending the best system for my father's needs given that there are no natural gas hookups and all appliances run on electricity. They were also very patient and understanding. The installation process went smoothly, and the technicians were very clean and organized. They also took the time to explain everything to my father, so he understood how the system worked. I'm so grateful to Calclimate for their help. My father is now comfortable and cool in his condo, and he can finally enjoy the benefits of central heating and cooling. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services in Burbank.

I've been using Cal Climate for about three years and I couldn't be more satisfied with their responsiveness and professionalism. From the person who answers the phone and schedules appointments to the servicemen, they're always so nice to deal with. I always schedule a routine preventative service each May or June and this year Mike was my serviceman. He gave me an excellent explanation about how to choose a filter for my HVAC system that would enable it to work most efficiently and require fewer changes. The invoice for the service came through email with a mechanism to pay it online which made this the easiest home maintenance service I have had to deal with. Kudos to Cal Climate!

Bob was just as good for me as for others who have written. My previous company had gone out of business. Bob checked out our system, replaced the air filters, and even recommended that we needed this service only once a year, not twice as the previous company had told us. I'll call him again.

Cal Climate was prompt in response for scheduling my appointment and they followed up with an email reminder/confirmation. My condo heater had not been heating the bedrooms well during very cold nights. Mike came out to check on my heater, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It happened that my system was working fine the day he arrived (it was a warm day) and he was unable to identify the problem after performing a number of tests both inside and with the unit on my roof. Mike suggested that if it happens again, he will come out promptly to take another look. I highly recommend Cal Climate!

This is my 2nd call to this provider. The first call, they evaluated/performed routine maintenance on the HVAC unit. This 2nd call, I actually had an issue of the water overflowing the drain pipe (condensation) and needed help. They're ALWAYS in a good mood when you call on the phone to set up an appointment. Service guys are prompt, well-mannered, respectful, good explainers, work efficiently and cleanly. What I didn't put on a yelp review was this last part and the fact that they email you an invoice. No worries about payment at time of service? Who does that? Apparently, they do! Unheard of in this day and age...which made me promptly enter my VISA payment information the second I got the email. I'll be a customer of theirs as long as they want me.

Cal Climate fix some duct work in our heating/ac unit. A couple of rooms were not getting air flow, a duct connection had become loose from the inside. Took less than an hour to inspect and fix. Great service.

My 24 year old system was inspected by an excellent serviceman, Mike. He was very thorough, punctual, efficient and honest. He told me that my compressor was beginning to rust but didn't need replacement at this time. I will definitely hire Cal Climate when a replacement is needed.

Mike, from Cal Climate, arrived exactly on time and went right to work on repairing our central heating system. In a matter of minutes, Mike diagnosed the problem (a malfunctioning control board) and ordered the needed part. Shortly afterwards, Mike returned with the part & quickly got our heating system up and running. I cannot say enough good words about Cal Climate. Overall, their highly trained professionals do superb work at a very reasonable price!

Cal Climate Corp had been keeping my very old ac system alive for the past 3 years at a reasonable price and with excellent service. Bob and Tom are honest and conscientious so when the time came to replace the entire ac system, I was happy that they were available to do the work...particularly in the midst of another sweltering Southern California summer. The quoted price was much less than I anticipated, the work was completed in one day, and I was perfectly comfortable leaving them to do the work unattended. I returned home to find my home as clean as when I left it...and, thankfully, much cooler. I recommend them unreservedly.

I've used them a couple of times. I don't think they were the cheapest. It was a big job, so at least three people came to complete the service. It was very clean when they left. They were very punctual, they cleaned up after themselves. They had to cut a hole in our attic; they installed an attic door that we provided to them at no extra charge because they needed to get up there anyway. Their estimator was really friendly knowledgeable, he was excellent.

Pretty good. They took care of me for a long time. They're responsive when I have an issue, but I didn't use them for replacement, because I felt like they didn't offer as much choice. Over all the years, I have no complaints about their service so I'd still give them an A. I just didn't use them this time, but they helped me out to buy me time to get some estimates.
