David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. Joe's attention to detail is evident in the care and consideration that he put into the duct work in the installation process. He thoroughly explained to me the importance of the duct work: location and size of the ducts to maximize the efficiency of the system that he was installing. "This company was the second i had out to look at repairing our tankless hot water heater. For over a week the hot water would turn off randomly.  Baltica was my second opinion  for the repairs and i felt really lucky to have found them on Angie's list. The first company told me i needed to replace the entire 5 year old unit for $2200.00. "That worked out very well. He did very well. They've been working fine ever since. It's been about 6 months now. It all worked very well. I gave him the go ahead on September 19th. On the 26th, I received a courtesy followup from him, after it had been done. I had about 6 different contenders bid. Some of them were more than he was. One of them actually had a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. Southland was less in terms of the warranty. Their price was generally lower. I have subsequently seen offers for much less on Angie's List. I guess it was just the timing. So far everything has been great. No problems. They showed up right when they said they would. I'm planning to use them in the future. It turns out that the units they installed would soon be upgraded so they can respond to Amazon's voice controlled robot (Alexa). He said that these components will have Alexa capability in February. As soon as they are available, I will be contacting Southland again to come out and upgrade the air conditioning, so I can say to Alexa to turn the heat up or down and do it all by voice control. I have smart devices all throughout the house.
