We love this place. They have a better price than the dealership. They saved us a few hundred dollars. We like the staff. They had the car several days because they needed to get some parts.

Dave spoke with me multiple times before doing the inspection on the vehicle and was incredibly patient and willing to answer all my questions about this truck. When he actually did inspect it, he was very thorough and took the time go over things with me. I was very impressed with the level of service I received here.

It went well from start to finish. Initially, I took the car in just to get an estimate. I was given a written estimate and was also verbally informed as to what needed repairing and how the repairs would be done. I was also given a date of completion of all repairs. I did shop around for several additional estimates and they were priced the best. All work was performed to my expectation and they even went a step further and repaired a small dent on my car that was not apart of my written estimate.

Excellent. He corrected several other problems as he went including leaking vacuum lines.

They were good. They were mobile. They were very professional.

The dealer wanted $950. Precision did it for $600, as quoted using original mfg. parts. Owner asked what else was wrong with the car and I told him that Toyota wanted to clean the injectors....well the owner here said that cleaning injectors was the biggest scam in the auto industry and went on for five minutes as to why. When I picked it up, he said my steering was making a small knock and that was the rack and pinion and I could wait until it got worse before having it repaired. This is a small shop but has integrity.... a rare commodity.

It went great, I needed a rental car for 1 day so the shop coordinated it for me at their discounted shop rate. Connie the owners daughter also dropped me off at rental car place and on the night I needed to return the car, I simply returned it to Precision Auto Works, and they returned it for me the following day. I was only charged for one night of rental. The work done on my truck was excellent and the people that own this shop are fair and honest. Very pleased with the service I received, will definitely be going back in the future.

Precision was good. They do good work. They were really expensive to me because it took them forever to get the job done. They said they would be done in two days and it took them a week. It's a lot of money for me. They're a small company so they couldn't get back to you all of the time. They were professional. People take you at your word. They tell you they're going to get the work done at a certain time and how much it's going to cost, then they change the cost and it takes them twice as long.

The service worked out great. I will continue using them in the future.

The manager was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. We will be returning in the future.

It was great. In general they have been very good. I use them regularly for almost all my auto work. The last couple of times, there was no charge because there was a problem that was difficult to fix. They are very honest and fair. They know what they are doing.

Repair was done on my daughter's car who is in college in California, I live in Colorado. The owner spoke with me on the phone prior to doing the repair to explain issues with car. His assessment was consistent with the problems my daughter described to me. The price was very reasonable for all the parts and labor. The job was completed quickly and they stayed past closing until my daughter could get there to pick up car. They accepted my payment over the phone and offered to check her fluids and inspect car periodically in the future for free. I think you will be very satisfied using this garage as this and other reviews have clearly shown.

They only had the car for 3 days and completed a lot of work in a short amount of time. Very friendly and professional. I am pleased with their pricing. We've gone with much higher priced AAA rated mechanics and the work was often sub-par. We love taking our car to Precision Auto Works and will continue to use their services. S Stone

I brought my vehicle in for service to the starter. After a free comprehensive checkup, Dave determined the issue was not with the starter but with the wiring and alternator. In a few hours he was able to obtain the parts and complete the installation. Throughout the process the staff was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend visiting Precision Autoworks for your automotive needs.

I needed an oil change done on my Mercedes. Dave the owner made sure he had all the right spec fluids for my car when I go there. Connie the friendly receptionist was friendl and efficient.. I was in and out quick all fluids topped off, and potential problems brought to my attention, no sales pitch just good old fashioned honest people. We'll do business with them again. Highly Recommended

I am very well pleased with them. It was a very good job and much cheaper than the dealer was quoting me. It is a skinny little long place and there is no parking there. They did a wonderful job and I'm going to take my son's car there.

I found Precision Auto Works here on Angie's List. They had great reviews and a 10% off labor coupon. I decided to give them a try. I pulled into the parking lot and was a little leery because it looks like you are parking next to a house. Do not let this stop you. You ARE supposed to park there. Walk around the house to the back and you will find the office and see the shop. It's a strange set up, but this place was awesome. I have never had such great customer service from an auto mechanic. I had an engine light on in my car and I needed an oil change. A friend had pulled the error codes from my car and I was able to walk in with those. The office spent several minutes with me discussing and looking up the codes. They called the mechanic (Dave) in and he also spent quite a bit of time with me. As a female, I have never felt so comfortable at an auto shop before. I left my car and waited for an estimate. A couple of hours later they had located the problem (an actuator) and gave me an estimate. For parts, labor and a synthetic oil change, the estimate was $450. $80 or so of that was my synthetic oil change (which is about average). $175 was for the actuator part. $200 for labor (with my 10% off coupon labor came to $180). So anyway, right around $450. Now here comes the good part. They called a second dealership to check for the part so they could get the car back to me on the same day. The other dealership wasn't going to have it available until the following day. We're not sure what happened but the second dealership listed the part for $50. They called me with the great news about the price drop and told me my car would be ready that day. Do you know how easy it would have been for this mechanic to just charge me the full $450? I never would have known the difference. However, they did not do that. They passed on the savings. My final bill? $301. I felt they we're upfront and honest throughout the entire experience. They mentioned they will be calling the first dealership to find out why they had such a huge price difference and mentioned they will not work with them in the future if they are gouging their prices. It may have been an honest mistake somewhere along the way but either way, they are looking into it. I love that they kept me in the loop and told me absolutely everything that was happening. Not many shops would take the time to keep a customer so informed. Try this place! You just might find "your" new mechanic! **As as a side note, this experience has convinced me to renew my Angie's List membership. I don't use the site very often but if I can find even one compnay a year that provides an experience like Precision Auto Works, then my membership pays for itself.

My parents were on a road trip in the middle of summer from TX to CA. Their A/C went out in the middle of the Mojave Desert. We called Precision Auto Works based on reviews. They fixed the car the next day and were extremely friendly. My parents were able to drive the car the next day, with air conditioning. The mechanics even helped to fix a few minor issues on my VW Jetta for free while we were waiting for my parent's car. Very friendly people, with exceptional knowledge about VWs.
