We love this place. They have a better price than the dealership. They saved us a few hundred dollars. We like the staff. They had the car several days because they needed to get some parts.

Dave spoke with me multiple times before doing the inspection on the vehicle and was incredibly patient and willing to answer all my questions about this truck.  When he actually did inspect it, he was very thorough and took the time go over things with me.  I was very impressed with the level of service I received here.

It went well from start to finish.  Initially, I took the car in just to get an estimate.  I was given a written estimate and was also verbally informed as to what  needed repairing and how the repairs would be done. I was also given a date of completion of all repairs. I did shop around for several additional estimates and they were priced the best. All work was performed to my expectation and they even went a step further and repaired a small dent on my car that was not apart of my written estimate.

They were good. They were mobile. They were very professional.

The dealer wanted $950. Precision did it for $600, as quoted using original mfg. parts. Owner asked what else was wrong with the car and I told him that Toyota wanted to clean the injectors....well the owner here said that cleaning injectors was the biggest scam in the auto industry and went on for five minutes as to why.   When I picked it up, he said my steering was making a small knock and that was the rack and pinion and I could wait until it got worse before having it repaired.  This is a small shop but has integrity.... a rare commodity.

It went great, I needed a rental car for 1 day so the shop coordinated it for me at their discounted shop rate. Connie the owners daughter also dropped me off at rental car place and on the night I needed to return the car, I simply returned it to Precision Auto Works, and they returned it for me the following day. I was only charged for one night of rental. The work done on my truck was excellent and the people that own this shop are fair and honest. Very pleased with the service I received, will definitely be going back in the future.

Precision was good. They do good work. They were really expensive to me because it took them forever to get the job done. They said they would be done in two days and it took them a week. It's a lot of money for me. They're a small company so they couldn't get back to you all of the time. They were professional. People take you at your word. They tell you they're going to get the work done at a certain time and how much it's going to cost, then they change the cost and it takes them twice as long.

The service worked out great. I will continue using them in the future.

The manager was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. We will be returning in the future.

They seem to be honest and knowledgeable.

It was great. In general they have been very good. I use them regularly for almost all my auto work. The last couple of times, there was no charge because there was a problem that was difficult to fix. They are very honest and fair. They know what they are doing.

Repair was done on my daughter's car who is in college in California, I live in Colorado. The owner spoke with me on the phone prior to doing the repair to explain issues with car. His assessment was consistent with the problems my daughter described to me. The price was very reasonable for all the parts and labor. The job was completed quickly and they stayed past closing until my daughter could get there to pick up car. They accepted my payment over the phone and offered to check her fluids and inspect car periodically in the future for free. I think you will be very satisfied using this garage as this and other reviews have clearly shown.

They only had the car for 3 days and completed a lot of work in a short amount of time. Very friendly and professional. I am pleased with their pricing. We've gone with much higher priced AAA rated mechanics and the work was often sub-par. We love taking our car to Precision Auto Works and will continue to use their services.  S Stone

I brought my vehicle in for service to the starter. After a free comprehensive checkup, Dave determined the issue was not with the starter but with the wiring and alternator. In a few hours he was able to obtain the parts and complete the installation. Throughout the process the staff was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend visiting Precision Autoworks for your automotive needs.

I needed an oil change done on my Mercedes. Dave the owner made sure he had all the right spec fluids for my car when I go there. Connie the friendly receptionist was friendl and efficient.. I was in and out quick all fluids topped off, and potential problems brought to my attention, no sales pitch just good old fashioned honest people. We'll do business with them again. Highly Recommended

I am very well pleased with them. It was a very good job and much cheaper than the dealer was quoting me. It is a skinny little long place and there is no parking there. They did a wonderful job and I'm going to take my son's car there.
