"It went well. He was on time. He didn't find anything wrong with my system. He said the amount of freon in the system was just right--not too much and not too little. I liked that almost no freon appeared to leak out when he connected his equipment to test the level. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. He gave me an estimate for the cost of installing a new system. I think he hoped I would buy a new system, but I did not do so. I would buy a new system if I could convince myself that the electricity savings would pay for the system within a reasonable number of years. "
