Spectacular dust control, to void the need for visqueen of occupants' possessions; they built a "casita" of PVC pipe and heavy plastic tarps and tape. Reasonable and easy to work with. So conscientious... tenant had use of sewer pipes overnight on a big job that took over a week to complete. Completed work passed rigorous leak tests. ALL the iron below floor level is GONE and I'll never have to worry about this again."

To make things worse, they did not reinstall the toilet correctly. The bolt was left crooked and unstable (see photo), and the toilet was not secured the way it should be and they charged me 350$ When I called them back to fix their own mistake, they repeatedly hung up on me. I tried multiple numbers and none of them answered. Extremely unprofessional and completely irresponsible. I now have to hire another plumber to fix the damage they caused.
