"HD MECHANICAL! I don’t even know where to start, Chris and his team were went above and beyond when doing work at my house. They were honest and and caring which you don’t see from a lot of companies now a days. My wife and i weren’t sure which direction to go in as far as picking a unit to the whole installation process and what we would need. They walked us through it all and were very comforting as they explained every step of the way. I will 10/10 use them again and recommend it to anyone who is needing A/C and heating!"

"Nick Sinclair handled my project. He was really great. I had no clue that you had to have a permit in order to install a furnace or water heater. An inspector came out and told me that I would need a permit. They had to drive from Orange County to Riverside County in order to get the permits. These guys stopped everything, drove out there and took care of all the permits. They installed everything promptly and it was just the perfect job. Their prices are fantastic."

"My water heater was leaking but glad that I contacted water heater only. I called at 10:00am and by 12pm they were here installing my new water heater. David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. "They were AWESOME. Same day service and quickly diagnosed the issue (blown transformer, since my furnace does not have a fuse). The guys were professional, courteous, explained what they were doing and why, and couldn't have been nicer. They finished the job quickly, and even installed the NEST which I had done wrong the first time, hence the need to call them. :-P"

Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!

John pointed out some potential safety issues with our aging system and made some recommendations. My wife and I were very impressed with his explanations of his findings in our system as he showed us discrepancies and took several pictures of problem areas that would have been difficult to access. I also want to comment that the installation team, Adam Palazzola and Diego V. were nothing short of outstanding! It only took them 2 days of ripping out the old system and installing the new.
