"I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. He then walked me through my options for home filters and we decided on a Halo system. Michael was very well educated on the subject and gave me the best value filter for my needs. He installed the unit the next day in less than a few hours and left me with a flawless work of art. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism he brings to this trade! "I've used them a couple of times. I don't think they were the cheapest. It was a big job, so at least three people came to complete the service. It was very clean when they left. They were very punctual, they cleaned up after themselves. They had to cut a hole in our attic; they installed an attic door that we provided to them at no extra charge because they needed to get up there anyway. Their estimator was really friendly knowledgeable, he was excellent."

"Better than expected. I recieved several bids (3), and decided to with West Tech Mechanical Services because even though it was a little bit higher than the lowest bid, I was impressed with how Joe explained how his company is different than other companies with cheaper bids. He explained that 90% of other companies don't take the time nor expense to work on the most important part of the installation which is the foundation preparation for the equipment. Other companies cut too many corners regardless of the quality brand of the equipment, many times the installers don't get the right size ducting or connections because of mistakes and don't have time to go back to the parts store because they are under pressure to finish the job in a couple of days, so the improvise using the wrong size ducting and cutting the distance of the duct run to keep everything under budget. The problem with that is uneven air distribution and uneven temperatures throughout the home, causing the equipment to run longer times not meeting temper demands and further causing wear and tare along with higher utility bills. Joe explained that spend more time in getting all the correct parts and runs the ducting to the farthest ends of the house so that the air gets conditioned almost instantly. So I decided to go with West Tech Mechanical Service, and when everything was said and done, I was impressed with how the air immediately cooled and heated my home. I even had the city inspector come over to inspect the job and he said he was impressed of how well the ducting was installed. So I decided to write this review which I hope helps others out there in looking for the right contractor."

"The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"

Quickly diagnosed the problem (where previous plumbers could not), fixed the water pressure valve, advised me on do's and don't in use of the Noritz system. He also advised me that I should change the cap on the water heater, which was confirmed by the Noritz representative when I called the company. I would recommend Baltica any day to any one. Knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Reasonable prices. If you have tank-less water heater, don't use just any plumber, use Noritz certified technician. My heaters were previously incorrectly installed by licensed plumber, but he did not have experience with tankless."
