My prior A/C man had recently retired and I was scrambling.... reviewed Angie's List and made several calls. In several cases, I found myself as caller #10 in the queue. Darrow took the call personally, however, and was able to see us late that day. As a businessman I'm used to moving slowly, assessing, considering alternatives, etc. On this occasion there was no time, had to go with my gut. Mirsky Heat & Air really came through. "We had 2 jobs done by Iwai. First, they did the central air for our 3 bedroom house in LA. Many of the other companies said we needed to put in additional vents but Iwai suggested putting the system in and adding the vents later if we were not satisfied with the air flow. This ended up saving us thousands. the second jod was a mini-split HVAC for our garage conversion. our general contractor gave us a ridiculous price so we called our friends at Iwai for a second opinion and they were great. "Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did.
