"Our home’s AC unit was 20+ years old and starting to show its age. All Valley has serviced it for the last 10 years keeping it going. They suggested a new 4 ton unit for efficiency and reliability reasons. Thank you, our summer was cool and worry free."

"We initially had another AC company come out to service our A/C as it was not working properly. They came out 2 days did some stuff but were unable to get the system working properly. We then called 72 Mechanical to come out and they were able to get the system back up and running within 2 hours of coming out. They came out when they said they would; were extremely professional and talked us through the problem as they were fixing the problem. I would highly recommend this company as they are professional and knowledgeable"

"Efreen and co. Came out within hours of my initial call and saved us. I had reached out to a bunch of a/c companies but these guys were honest, on time and very good. Luckily for me, this was only a fan motor needing to be replaced but sine my house (and unit) are about 30 years old, I’m expecting a full replacement soon and they will be my first call."

Customers say: Quick response

"Professional service from the beginning to the end. Ballys Builders helped us enlarge the entire kitchen space. Alex and his team was punctual, very friendly, and did the work efficiently. We liked his performance so we kept remodeling another two bathrooms and flooring on the first floor. We highly recommend them to everyone!"

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."

Air Conditioning questions, answered by experts

The decision to put your AC unit on the roof or ground depends on the climate in your area, the roof shape, accessibility, and budget. If you live in a warm climate or don’t have existing ductwork, it’s likely best to stick to a traditional AC unit that sits on the ground. However, if you lack yard space, live in a mild climate, and have easy access to the roof, your home may benefit from a rooftop AC unit.

Yes, you can clean AC coils yourself. Just make sure that the power to your AC system is off before you begin. You’ll need some basic tools and supplies, including a soft brush, cloth, screwdriver, and a commercial or homemade cleaning solution. Cleaning your coils will only cost about $10.

High humidity is one of the most common reasons for air vents to sweat or produce condensation. When the cool, dry air from your HVAC unit meets warm and moist air in your home, it will cause condensation. Insulating your ductwork can help prevent this. If you live in a very humid region, a dehumidifier can also help.

Turn your system off when you're toasty or when you're out to prevent unnecessary wear. Using the timer on your thermostat so that it switches off when it reaches a certain temperature or turns on just before you get back from work is best. An annual maintenance contract can be helpful to ensure your system receives these important services at regular intervals.

Yes. Return air vents are responsible for gathering and pulling in the warmer air. Once they draw it in, your system conditions the air by removing the warmer molecules from it, allowing your air conditioner to dispense the cooler air back into your home. Not only does this create a more comfortable environment for you, but it also keeps your air conditioner from overworking, resulting in lower energy bills.
