Being a Saturday I was expecting I might get a call back, but we did not expect Dean to come out right away and he completed the job in very little time. Dean is also a really nice guy and we found that we had a lot of interest in common. After dealing with so many repair companies that don't give good service, we were pleasantly surprised that there are still those out there that care about the service they provide and we felt confident that we made the right choice to have Dean handle our repair job.

They reached out to me immediately and helped me schedule an appointment for someone to come out and take a look at my tankless water heater. Installed new water heater. Only took about an hour. Haul away old water heater.

Dean showed up when he said he would. He explained why my water heater needed to be replaced, and what types of water heaters were available. The water heater was replaced and unexpectedly the area around it was cleaner than when he started. I called for estimates from three other companies and he was not the cheapest, but worth it.

Dean could very easily have told me my water heater needed to be replaced but was honest and got it back up and running.
