They did a fantastic job, kept the area clean, were extremely courteous, and we felt like we were hiring family to help us out. They pulled all of the permits which cost extra of course, but it saved us the hassle of dealing with the city and handled the post work city inspections."

"Brandon came out on a Sunday and looked over the job site for details needed to present an estimate. Within a day I had the estimate with 3 options from low to high, all of which were reasonable the only difference being what equipment I wanted to install. Option #1 and #2 were lower end brands that were less expensive but since the difference in price betwee Option #1 and Option #3 was about $1400, I went to Option #3 which was their top tier brand, Carrier that clearly is an industry leader and trusted brand for longevity. I was installing a SINGLE ductless to cool a standard bedroom size room with a 18,000 BTU unit. The job took a total of about 5 hours since they were mounting the unit in a second floor bedroom and they needed to run the power/refrigerant lines two stories down to the compressor mounted on the wall. Everyone from Office Staff Jim to installers were absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can trust this company."

David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. "Very positive experience with Andrew at DNA. He provided me multiple solutions to help correct our heating system issues given the age of our home. We ultimately replaced our unit and I have never seen more care taken by a contractor to help keep our home clean and free from dirt and dust. Every time DNA would enter my home they wear shoe covers; when they replaced the furnace they installed temporary plastic sheeting walls to isolate the mess from the install to a minimal area which they also cleaned after completion. As I mentioned, the cleanest contract work I have ever had. Additionally, very well mannered and great attitude. I would hire them again without shopping for quotes."

Quickly diagnosed the problem (where previous plumbers could not), fixed the water pressure valve, advised me on do's and don't in use of the Noritz system. He also advised me that I should change the cap on the water heater, which was confirmed by the Noritz representative when I called the company. I would recommend Baltica any day to any one. Knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Reasonable prices. If you have tank-less water heater, don't use just any plumber, use Noritz certified technician. My heaters were previously incorrectly installed by licensed plumber, but he did not have experience with tankless."

"I am primarily writing this review to relate how Southland Heating and Air responded when we discovered a problem. Once installed, our A/C worked well and we had no problems... around December, after we had been using our heater exclusively (no A/C), I decided to simply run the A/C to test it, blow it out and be sure everything was running well. What I discovered was a BAD smell with the A/C... which we presumed was the dreaded 'dirty sock' syndrome... Needless to say, we were horrified... particularly after spending a lot of money to have AC installed. WELL, I am happy to relate that Southland Heating and Air were VERY responsive, took the time to diagnose the problem and - we feel - went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied. Ultimately - for whatever reason - our installed HVAC coil was contaminated. Following a few tries at lesser fixes, Southland simply replaced the coil and we were back up and running. Their service guys and technician were highly professional, always on time and truly worked to fix the problem. Since the coil replacement, we have had no problems and we are happy to report that our system runs like a charm. When you are spending a lot of money for this sort of upgrade you truly want to know that your install company stands by their products and work and won't leave you hanging out to dry if and when there is a problem. Southland took care of us and took care of business."
