Within a day I had the estimate with 3 options from low to high, all of which were reasonable the only difference being what equipment I wanted to install. Option #1 and #2 were lower end brands that were less expensive but since the difference in price betwee Option #1 and Option #3 was about $1400, I went to Option #3 which was their top tier brand, Carrier that clearly is an industry leader and trusted brand for longevity. I was installing a SINGLE ductless to cool a standard bedroom size room with a 18,000 BTU unit. The job took a total of about 5 hours since they were mounting the unit in a second floor bedroom and they needed to run the power/refrigerant lines two stories down to the compressor mounted on the wall. "Very positive experience with Andrew at DNA. He provided me multiple solutions to help correct our heating system issues given the age of our home. We ultimately replaced our unit and I have never seen more care taken by a contractor to help keep our home clean and free from dirt and dust. Every time DNA would enter my home they wear shoe covers; when they replaced the furnace they installed temporary plastic sheeting walls to isolate the mess from the install to a minimal area which they also cleaned after completion. As I mentioned, the cleanest contract work I have ever had. Additionally, very well mannered and great attitude. I would hire them again without shopping for quotes."
