"I was in need of a replacement system, but was really afraid of having people in my home during Covid. From the first phone call I was put at ease as I was informed that DNA will show up with masks, gloves and booties. I scheduled an appointment, and was told I would receive a phone call and/or text message 30 mins prior to arrival. Well, Andrew did not disappoint, he made sure to keep his distance and even offered to sit in the patio to go over some options. Once we sat down he educated us on some air filtration products. We were able to chose the system that fit our budget, and I fell in love with the Lennox pure air filtration. We decided to move forward and later that week we had the system installed. When I say they went above and beyond protecting our home from dust and debris thats an understatement. The had plastic on walls, drop cloths on floors, wore their mask, and gloves throughout the whole job. Once they left I didn’t have to clean anything up. Its has been a few months since the install and I can totally tell the difference of our air quality. I have recommended them to everyone."

Quickly diagnosed the problem (where previous plumbers could not), fixed the water pressure valve, advised me on do's and don't in use of the Noritz system. He also advised me that I should change the cap on the water heater, which was confirmed by the Noritz representative when I called the company. I would recommend Baltica any day to any one. Knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Reasonable prices. If you have tank-less water heater, don't use just any plumber, use Noritz certified technician. My heaters were previously incorrectly installed by licensed plumber, but he did not have experience with tankless."

When challenged none of the other companies could revise their estimate to even come close. Southland is a Mitsubishi diamond dealer so I got full Mitsubishi warranties plus 1 year from Southland of parts and service. The day the installers arrived, on time, it was raining. Jamie and Ricardo used the utmost care to protect my home. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment.
