We were not an easy fix. Nothing in our home was built with standard sizes. Randy, our plumber, purchased the correct size and completed the replacement of the hot water valve to the dishwasher in record time. He was kind, efficient and timely. We really appreciate him and his company.

My experience with Overland Plumbing is very disappointing. They claimed they bought two bathroom faucets at Home Depot and had me pay for them by credit card over the phone, but they never showed up to install the faucets. Over many days I called them repeatedly asking when they were going to do the work. Each time they piously swore they would be right over and then not show up. This started on 08.07.25. Haven't heard a peep from them since about the 08.09.25 . No explanation. So I ended up paying $75 dollars for two faucets I never saw and that were never installed. I am disputing the charge. We will see where that goes. This experience really makes a mockery of Homeadvisor.com. It is supposed to be a site where you can find professionals who do what they say they are going to do. I have always been skeptical of sites like Homeadvisor, but for the first time I thought I would give it a try. I am sorry I did.

Raffi and Pierre from Overland Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my toilet fill valve. They were polite, professional, and very detail‑oriented. The price was fair, but what really stood out was their quality workmanship and positive attitude. Dan (the owner) and Samantha in the office were also a pleasure to work with. Overall, a great experience — highly recommend!

Called for a service call to see about leaking toilet, plumber arrived and performed work without my authorization, instead of calling the owner who was paying for the service the plumber got an unauthorized go ahead from the tenant - who was not paying. When it comes to landlord properties allowing the non-paying tenant to decide what work is done is asinine. Called Overland plumbing to complain, they said they would call me back two separate times but never did. Instead they harassed the tenant via email to pay for the service, despite knowing very well the tenant is not responsible for the payment. Charged $175 to caulk the toilet so it does not leak when I could have got a brand new toilet with install from my other plumber for $300. Could not make that decision because no one called me to discuss, instead did the work without my authorization. Just a chaotic mess. Normally I would not write a negative review but the harassment of the innocent tenant for payment, twice, was too much.

We were very happy with Patrick from Overland Plumbing! He was both knowledgeable and professional and completed our valve replacement in less time than I expected. This meant the water didn’t have to be off for hours on end, which was great! Our house is about 90 years old and I suspect this valve hadn’t been replaced in years. Someone came onto the property and managed to break it, causing problems with the water pressure. Replacing it required soldering. It’s great to have our water pressure back to normal. Thank you, Patrick!

These guys are the best. I had a hot water heater go out at 10PM at night. They responded to me within 10 minutes and said someone would be out in the morning between 9-10am. After trying multiple times to relight it we concluded a new hot water heater was needed. I didn't know the age of it but after some searching it was 9 years old...probably had 2-3 years left. Chris was great. He jumped in the car and went to Home Depot for a new one and was back within an hour. We haggled over the price and they graciously gave me a senior citizen discount and the price was fair. Another couple of hours and I had hot water!!! Took away my old 40 gal heater and the new box for the new one. He showed me how to light it (I knew but there's one step I didn't know....hold the button for 45 or more seconds...good to know). Everyone I've ever had at Overland Plumbing (Chris is excellent as well as Erick and Patrick). These guys are nice,friendly,quick,and give a fair price. Great company...highly recom

Randy was amazing. This was a complicated job dealing with 90 year old plumbing in a historical home. I had put this off for too long fearful of how tricky this was going to be. He correctly diagnosed the problem, and executed it flawlessly. Technically and physically challenging, this guy worked hard. He came through on all of his predictions and assurances, his finishing day 3 and I could not be happier. Overland, you are blessed to have this young man on your crew.

Awful company. Do not hire them. Arrived over an hour late from the scheduled time. Left a mess after themselves. Kept adding on fees while they were working. At the end left a huge hole in my wall and said it wasnt covered under the service even though that was discussed during the estimate
