In August 2022, we ran HVAC for a couple of days during the heat wave and water came out of the HVAC unit, ruining our hallway wood floor. It is 10/29/2022 and we still have not heard from their office on how they are going to fix our floor."

We then called 72 Mechanical to come out and they were able to get the system back up and running within 2 hours of coming out.
