"Darrow and his team did an excellent job! During a 100+ degree heat wave, our 2nd floor A/C failed. My prior A/C man had recently retired and I was scrambling.... reviewed Angie's List and made several calls. In several cases, I found myself as caller #10 in the queue. Darrow took the call personally, however, and was able to see us late that day. As a businessman I'm used to moving slowly, assessing, considering alternatives, etc. On this occasion there was no time, had to go with my gut. Mirsky Heat & Air really came through. They spent several hours (6-9pm) testing different options but ultimately found the compressor required replacement. They were able to return a day later and install the replacement. "Everyone at Baltica was responsive and eager to please.  Calls and emails were returned punctually in every instance.  Everyone I communicated with was professional and accommodating. 
I called initially to discuss moving to a tankless water heater, but a personal review of my property showed that it was not possible.  Kevin Phidayev, with whom I made the arrangements, was eager to accommodate my product needs, financial needs, and scheduling needs.  Kevin was ultra-responsive to every call, email or request.
The installer, Marius, was particularly pleasant.  He showed up on time every time.  He looked professional, was knowledgeable, and he got the job done on time.  He was happy to accommodate my neighbors in the condo who would be without water for a brief time. Marius left my home clean, and he protected my new floors from damage. 
To be honest, I did not do any comparative shopping for pricing purposes because I was so impressed with my initial contact with this company.  I got all kinds of upgrades I never knew existed.  Marius installed a pressure relief valve, new water valve, new stainless steel flexible water and gas supply lines, and new double earthquake straps, among other things. I have learned from bitter experience that you get what you pay for.  If this water heater seemed costlier than I expected (my only "B" rating), in the end I believe I got my money's worth. 
The level and quality of customer service is unique in my experience.  Truly outstanding.  I have already referred business to Baltica, and would do so again without hesitation."

"We have a six year old AC system. A few days ago, on the first really hot day of the year, the system came on, provided cold air for about an hour, then quit. The first AC company that examined the system (the HVAC sub of a contractor who built a new room for us) said that the malfunction was due to a compressor gone bad and not the result of his having moved the condenser/compressor to the other side of our house. I called Iwai (who installed the system six years previously) for a second opinion. When the Iwai rep arrived, I explained to him that the fan at the top of the condenser/compressor was turning more slowly than normal, and the system just kind-of whines. The Iwai rep replied, "it sounds like a capacitor." Sure enough, within 10 minutes Brandon had the capacitor replaced and we had cold air. Given their quick response, diagnosis and repair, Iwai rates five stars with us."

"I had actually thought that I lost the $69 certificate for my Dryer Vent Cleaning, so I thought I was out the money. I found it the day before it expired. I called the off ice and the lady said that they would have still honored it, which was nice.  When the person got to my home (I can't remember his name) he was VERY polite did his work without asking for any extra "upgrades" and even helped in moving the washer too so we could mop the entire area. Then he moved bothe the washer & Dryer back and even lined them up, which the original installers couldn't do. I know they also do A/C vent cleaning, and I will call them when I need the work done. "Steven was the technician that initially came and inspected my unit. Turns out the previous owner had a dog that constantly urinated on the AC unit and the damage worsened over time. I was a bit skeptical at first but after research found that this is a very common occurrence. Steve was very detailed about my options and after a few estimates from other companies I went with his company NRG. I purchased a new Goodman AC unit and a new condenser for a bit under $4900. The installers were 3 different techs who were professional, tidy and thorough. Once the new unit was installed it was 80x's more quiet than my previous unit and the house cooled down beautifully. I definitely would recommend using this company."

"Evening of Valentine's Day we learned our water heater had broken.
Called Bob & Marc the next morning and had an appointment of 3 pm. They were available earlier, but I could not get out of work any earlier.
Spencer was on time and got right to work. He was very professional, careful and friendly.
He assessed that the water heater was broken, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one.
He made sure that the TPM piping was exact, fit and would last. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and was even very helpful in providing advice on how to extend the life of this new water heater.
He cleaned up and all that was left was a professionally installed water heater that has been working great.

"Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Best Builders Group it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."
