He also advised me that I should change the cap on the water heater, which was confirmed by the Noritz representative when I called the company. I would recommend Baltica any day to any one. Knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Reasonable prices. If you have tank-less water heater, don't use just any plumber, use Noritz certified technician. "The access panel on the unit was slightly bent as was the unit. Instead of repairing the installers taped it up with duct tape. The panel fell off and I had to call for another service man to come out and correct the problem. The second technician did a much better job."
