"Our home only had one gas wall heater, no duct work. So we needed a completely new HVAC system: furnace, AC, and ductwork. In fall 2015 we'd gotten bids from a few other well-rated companies that were extremely high. All were Lennox dealers. A few months ago I looked into other manufacturers like Trane, and discovered Southland, which had superb reviews on multiple websites. From my first meeting with Matt Alba, I knew the reviews were accurate. Matt was extremely professional, answering all of my questions in a clear, straightforward way, without any gimmicks or high-pressure sales tactics. Their bid was significantly less than the ones we received in the fall. And they were able to install the whole system in one day! Matt was similarly professional in finalizing our plan, scheduling our install date, and helping us coordinate with an electrician to have our electrical panel replaced the same day as the heating and AC install.
The install day went extremely smoothly. Rudy, the site manager, was extremely professional, as was the rest of his crew. They worked very cleanly, covering our floors and furniture with tarps. They were very good at communicating their plans and their progress throughout the day. I found out at the end of the day they were down a couple workers, but were still able to get the job done on time with no hiccups. We've had the system installed for a few days and it works excellently!

"Not only did the technician find what was wrong, he told me that the unit was in really good shape (after he got it running) and that it was good to go for many more years.  That's honesty for ya!  I know that IWAI is a little far from the westside of LA but I called Craig anyway because of the great job he did for another one of my clients.   The tech got out there within 48 hours and made some minor repairs to a unit that I was told would possibly need replacing.  My clients were thrilled at the low cost of the inspection and that it only needed a couple of parts to get it running like new.  They ended up buying the condo and are extremely happy.  But wait, there's more!  
(Second Job) I met Craig in January of 2015 when he came out to look at a heating problem in one of my client's apartment complexes in Beverly Hills.  This was an old building (1947) that had 3 gravity furnaces underneath the property.  All 3 were original and failing.  I got three bids to have them removed and replaced with new units.  One bid was just over $18,000, the other just over $16,000. Mind you, this was to remove three gravity furnaces, replace them with new gas furnaces, including some duct work, as well as do a complete new installation in the attic of the top floor unit.  IWAI's price came in approx. $8,000 cheaper than the highest bid!!! $8,000!!!!  I was skeptical at first.  I mean who wouldn't be?  An $8,000 difference?  But I discussed it with my client and we went with IWAI Heating and Cooling.  Not only did Craig do what he said he was going to do, but he started on the day he promised, and he finished on time as well!!!  The tenants had only nice things to say about he and his crew and no one was inconvenienced but for a couple of hours when an air return had to be installed in one of the lower units.  The job couldn't have gone any better and the price was outrageously inexpensive for the work that was performed.  My client was thrilled and so were her tenants, especially now that they had heat.  Thanks to Craig and his crew for taking care of this job with the upmost professionalism.  If you need anything regarding HVAC, call IWAI heating and cooling.  Have them come out and give you a quote; you'll be glad you did!!!

"I had actually thought that I lost the $69 certificate for my Dryer Vent Cleaning, so I thought I was out the money. I found it the day before it expired. I called the off ice and the lady said that they would have still honored it, which was nice.  When the person got to my home (I can't remember his name) he was VERY polite did his work without asking for any extra "upgrades" and even helped in moving the washer too so we could mop the entire area. Then he moved bothe the washer & Dryer back and even lined them up, which the original installers couldn't do. I know they also do A/C vent cleaning, and I will call them when I need the work done. FANTASTIC SERVICE

"Evening of Valentine's Day we learned our water heater had broken.
Called Bob & Marc the next morning and had an appointment of 3 pm. They were available earlier, but I could not get out of work any earlier.
Spencer was on time and got right to work. He was very professional, careful and friendly.
He assessed that the water heater was broken, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one.
He made sure that the TPM piping was exact, fit and would last. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and was even very helpful in providing advice on how to extend the life of this new water heater.
He cleaned up and all that was left was a professionally installed water heater that has been working great.

"Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Best Builders Group it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."
