"We had 2 jobs done by Iwai. First, they did the central air for our 3 bedroom house in LA. Many of the other companies said we needed to put in additional vents but Iwai suggested putting the system in and adding the vents later if we were not satisfied with the air flow. This ended up saving us thousands. the second jod was a mini-split HVAC for our garage conversion. our general contractor gave us a ridiculous price so we called our friends at Iwai for a second opinion and they were great. The price was low and when the inspector gave us a hard time about silly details Brandon sent his team out multiple times to deal with it even though it was a relatively small job for them. Both times the work was high quality, the price was great and the professionalism was above reproach. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone."

"Steven was the technician that initially came and inspected my unit. Turns out the previous owner had a dog that constantly urinated on the AC unit and the damage worsened over time. I was a bit skeptical at first but after research found that this is a very common occurrence. Steve was very detailed about my options and after a few estimates from other companies I went with his company NRG. I purchased a new Goodman AC unit and a new condenser for a bit under $4900. The installers were 3 different techs who were professional, tidy and thorough. Once the new unit was installed it was 80x's more quiet than my previous unit and the house cooled down beautifully. "Evening of Valentine's Day we learned our water heater had broken.
Called Bob & Marc the next morning and had an appointment of 3 pm. They were available earlier, but I could not get out of work any earlier.
Spencer was on time and got right to work. He was very professional, careful and friendly.
He assessed that the water heater was broken, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one.
He made sure that the TPM piping was exact, fit and would last. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and was even very helpful in providing advice on how to extend the life of this new water heater.
He cleaned up and all that was left was a professionally installed water heater that has been working great.

"Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Best Builders Group it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."

We weren’t familiar with how or what to do or how to start with this remodeling project. From the initial meeting that we had with Lior (the project Manager), He helped us go through all the stages and processes about it while he also came with us to several vendors and helped us on how to select the finishing materials. They passed all the city inspections without any problem or issue. Our master bathroom looks beautiful and the new shower system and bathtub look stunning! Lior visited the house each day and he inspected the crew of workers for each one of the stages. They were polite, hardworking people and very neat. There were few times in which they arrived late to the house due to misunderstanding with deliveries of materials but that was forgiven when the work was completed. I will definitely use them again!"
