Pro Water Solutions is FANTASTIC! I had quotes/site visits from a handful of companies, but within the first 5 minutes of meeting Brad I knew he was the guy to hire. It was apparent that he really knew his stuff! He took the time to explain water filtration (softening vs conditioning) and inspect my property to determine which solution was the best for my needs. I followed up with him a few times before hiring to ask some follow up questions, and he took the time to answer all of them enthusiastically without adding any pressure on me to commit to him. Once I hired him, scheduling was fast and easy. The team was super communicative and worked around my schedule. The owner, Jay, came to my site and inspected to confirm the installation plan was laid out perfectly. The install (done by Mauricio) was flawless. Mauricio took the time to introduce himself as well as show me how everything worked. In a world where hiring a contractor can a total crap shoot, rest assured that Pro Water Solutions is a licensed business run by professionals who are not only friendly, but also excellent at what they do!

We moved to a new home in Rancho Palos Verdes in September, 2021. We had a whole house filtration system in our old house and wanted one in our new house as the water in RPV is very hard. The fixtures here showed the scaling results of this hard water and our washed clothes felt â rough.â One important issue that we needed to address was the location of any treatment system that would need to be installed. Our old house had a space in the garage for a large water treatment tank; however, our new house did not have room in the garage because of pre-existing plumbing. That meant that an outside installation was required. After conducting an extensive investigation of potential water treatment systems and meeting with a number of representatives from other companies, we decided to go with Pro Water Solutions, a privately owned company located in Valencia. We were impressed by our meeting with Brad Belnap, one of the co-owners of Pro Water Solutions. He had extensive knowledge of the various water treatment alternatives and answered our questions. The price quoted was reasonable and less than some of the quotes. The location of the system would await his co-owner, Jack Fithian, coming out to do the installation. During a couple of prior meetings with other water treatment reps I wasnâ t happy that they wanted to place the water tanks in front of our house. That would be very unsightly. I wanted to put the tanks behind a gate at the side of our house to hide them from the street. To my very pleasant surprise that is exactly where Jack said the tanks should go! We selected a soft water system that included two tanks and a brine tank to hold either the salt or potassium pellets. The installation was on time and went smoothly. Because salt is not good for plants, Jack put in two water lines â one to soften the water coming into our house and another line without softener for our plants. There was no reduction in our water pressure from having two lines. Unrelated to the quality of the water softening system, we decided to change to a â Scale Prevention Systemâ which does not include a water softener. After discussing the matter with Brad and Jack, they accommodated our request and Jackâ s son came out quickly and put in the different system. After more than six months, we are very happy with how the Pro Water Solutions system works. The non-softening system (which we understand is required by some cities) has not changed the taste of our water and our clothes feel much softer than before. Also, there is no scale developing on our fixtures and we feel comfortable that our appliances are also being protected. Bottom Line: we will recommend Pro Water Solutions to our friends. They provide a number of fine water treatment options at a reasonable cost and do it in a prompt and professional manner.

Professional and finish work timely manner

These guys are exceptional. Brad was straight up with information from the first phone call; no sales pitch, just relevant and useful information. Everyone was great to work with, friendly and professional. The plumbing was done perfectly (Maurice is great), everything looks great. Jack came by after the job was completed to check on things and answer any remaining questions. I had meetings and got quotes from four other companies, Pro Water Solutions was the most reasonable and the most comfortable to work with. Highly recommended, Iâ ve been telling my neighbors about them.

Just had a water system installed, including RO, carbon and water softener. Only been running a few days so still have to see performance over long-haul. Brad has been very helpful so far and Jack and his team did a good job with the install. They've been responsive to questions, and also came back to install a water pressure regulator for a reasonable cost. So far, so good with ProWater.

Brad and team were tremendous. After an exhaustive market evaluation, both DIY and other pros, I landed on Pro Water Solutions. Do your homework, but also know these guys are experts. Pro Water Solutions was immediately responsive to my query through Angi. Brad was knowledgable, professional and most of all, patient - no hard sell here. Brad helped me cut through the fog of confusion that was preventing me from solving my water problems. Brad arranged for a consultation at my home where my problems could be investigated and properly diagnosed. He personally came to my home, arrived right on time, and tested my water and water pressure providing a thorough check up. Once my problems were diagnosed, we scheduled an installation appointment or the following week. I had questions in the interim period leading up to the installation, and Brad was accessible and extremely helpful. In short, Brad was amazing. On Installation day, Jack and Nick arrived right on time, surveyed the situation and and completed the installation in a timely manner. They were happy to answer questions and were eager to explain how everything worked. But while they were working they realized that the water pressure in my home was dangerously high. To my good fortune and relief, Jack and Nick diagnosed this additional issue. While technically the issue they discovered wasn’t necessarily an issue they needed to deal with, they were prepared to deal with it nonetheless. Without missing a beat, they replaced a broken water pressure regulator and in the process they “healed” every leak in my house. Since the installation, I’ve remained in communication with Brad and Jack. They’ve both been generous with their time. Brad, in particular, has followed up several times to see how things are working and to make himself available in case I have any further questions. In short, Pro Water Solutions is aptly named. They are professional and they solved my water problems, even problems that fell outside of the scope of their core business. The price was right and the customer service was out of this world. I am happy to say I’m now a proud member of the Pro Water Solutions “family,” and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again to Brad, Jack & Nick. You guys make a fantastic team. Keep up the great work!

I got two other quotes and, not only were they outrageously high but the salesmen were too "salesy" and tried to badmouth the competition and the setup they saw. Pro Water's estimate was simple, transparent and at a great price. The installers came in on time and got the job done.
