I was told due to it being a "common" line that the Association should be responsible for the rest of the clog issue. Not sure if they are going to take care of it though. "They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."

"We were promised a service call between 2-4 pm and at 2:15, I saw our plumber from Bob & Marc walk up our driveway. He was very courteous and respectful. He spent time determining the problem and showing me the area that was clogged. I was very impressed by his knowledge and expertise. I had to chuckle when he crawled under my house and then used an iPhone camera to take pictures of my problem pipes. It's always nice to see pictures instead of trying to understand what the plumber is trying to explain. He pulled out invasive roots from our drain and fixed the problem of an overflowing toilet. Then he presented me a bill using an iPad! Very impressive as he sent a copy to my email. The level of service was much more than I expected and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
