"Scott did an excellent job from beginning to end. He returns calls promptly in a professional manner, and scheduled the job quickly. When on site he confirmed prices before starting the work and the carpets came up great. I wasn't really sure how well the tile floor would look after cleaning, it has been down a few years. The kitchen tile flooring looked like new after he had finished! I will not waste time and energy DIY again as his results were amazing! He even left me few shoe protectors to use while the carpet fully dried. Highly recommend Scott and will use Pac Pro Cleaning again."

"My house is quite lived in and generally has a lot of clutter. Besides dusting they vaccum/wash the floors. Deep clean two bathrooms. If I ask them to help with extra chores, no problem, they clean refrigerator inside and out, they will make the beds and clean out the silverware drawers if needed. Every month they clean off ceiling fans. I have tried other services but am always sorry. Theyhave been with me for 7 years. They are absolutely trust worthy."

"We have used Marios housecleaning for a few years. Generally his work is good, however he is very hard on a house. Lots of nicks scratches on walls door jams, and broken glass on picture a frames with no acknowledgment.. His communication skills are next to none. He comes in cleans with earphones in his ears and never speaks to us or asked us is there is anything special we would like him to do. Recently I had a house guest arriving an asked Mario to clean and vacuum the room. He failed to even enter the room and when I pointed this out he quit a few days later. I've always paid him on time and always been polite to him. We are very disappointed in his reaction to us when we tried to express our concerns. We feel as if we have to tip toe around him when we try to express to him what needs doing. If you use him always get a fixed price from him upfront for anything extra or you might be very surprised at his bill. Generally a nice guy and does work hard, just not focused."
