Advanced Water has been servicing my old soft water unit and RO for the last 10 years; coming to replace filters, test the water, etc. I called them immediately when the soft water system gave out and they came right out. Tim Douds did a great job explaining all of my options to replace and pricing. A couple of days later, Tim came back and did a great job installing their new system. I highly recommend this company for all your water treatment needs.

Installer Paul took extra time to remove salt from my previous softener and reuse in the new one he installed. He also worked hard to make certain the connection to the electrical outlet was routed and tightened as well as possible.

The tech who came out was exceptional, polite and explained how he was going to do this. Being in a Mobile Home Park the water, gas, electrical all all the Parks job to maintain. Paul Ramirez ran into a water valve problem but made the decision to replace it. A o 1 1/2 hr. job ended up being 3 plus hours. The Manager of the Park was rude to him and yet he could not have been any nicer. Alonso came by to help with the problem and it ended up being done. I in all my years ( and they are many ) seen and had such polite service people. I can't say enough about these two young men. If I could give a rating of 10 it would be 10 +.

AWS was amazing! From the start, the initial consultation was prompt and informative and well detailed. To scheduling our service earlier than expected, they truly work with our urgency for the installation. Our service man Tim was on time and explained the work he was going to complete. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, he made it all work. We are completely excited for our new water softener, reverse osmosis system, and faucet they installed in our brand new home.

Their sales guy did not communicate with the installation before installation occurred .our under the sink space cannot fit the system so they actually had to install the whole thing outside in a box . The installation person had no idea about this So He came by and could not get the job done . Customer service did not contact us and check , so we bought the wrong Box with the wrong dimensions. Then when the installation guy came by , he couldn t install the system once again .... then some where in the middle of this whole mess , their sales guy called and said we can buy their box to put the water system inside but their box cost like $200. So to to save some money , we decided to buy a box to put it in from Home Depot . Thank god this time everything worked out . The installation person was great and professional. He saved our day :)
