"I had a great experience with Carini.  It was very easy to schedule an appointment for my service.  The technician, Anthony, was very professional.  He contact me 30 minutes prior to arriving for my appointment.  He conducted the service and identified the issue quickly, and replaced the faulty capacitor on my A/C unit.  Then he identified that my A/C unit was about 1 pound of refrigerant low and refilled it.  He took the time to also inspect my A/C filter, and spent time to review the entire process with me.  He was patient and ensured that all my questions were answered before leaving.  I appreciated his honest and professionalism and will definitely take advantage of the Angie's List savings the next time I use this company for my A/C maintenance.

"After speaking with Kevin (CEO) about the merits of the One Water System, and my own online followup, I bit, and was scheduled for installation 5 days later. Juan, the installer was on time, courteous, self-effacing, humorous, knowledgable and highly skilled. He replaced the ugly functioning plumbing (piping) with a more contoured professional appearance. After the system instalation, function test, old water softener packed and area cleaned.
