"Billy arrived at the scheduled time to discuss the details of my plumbing retrofit and provide an estimate. The work involved removing the existing outdoor hose faucet and replacing it with a more modern Aquor no freeze hydrant. Additional plumbing inside the garage wall was necessary to accomodate the new hydrant . I obtained three estimates for the project prior to making my final decision. I selected Lu Lu's Plumbing because Billy provided a better explaination of the necessary work and the additional equipment to support the hydrant in the event future service was needed. Billy, also planned the work such that water to the house would only be shut off a minimum of time. This was not a common install for our temperate climate but I wanted the look and function of being able to do any repairs in the future without shutting off water to the house. Thanks Billy!"

With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage.
