I told him what happened and he advised that he would contact a leak detection company ASAP and let me know when they would arrive. He did as promised and we had that company at our house within the hour (on a Saturday, no less). We spoke to that person for a good while about the different steps we could take and decided what was right for us. During this time, Leo texted to check on us and the outcome. I sent him the pictures of the issue and he gave me a reasonable price for the fix. He immediately came over to get our leak fixed so that we would not be without water over the weekend. "Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."
