Everything about them is top notch. I would hire them again.

He came out and gave me a bid. He said he would do the work the next week. It has been over 3 weeks and despite 2 phone messages and 2 emails, he has never got back to me and never did the work. Worse customer service I have ever experienced.

Had to call them up to find out that they could not make the appointment. This is the reason I do not want to give 5 stars. Good work as far as I see up to now, but also a bit expensive.

A prompt answer to an urgent call (water running into the street) followed by quick agreement on a price & quick completion of a complex job.

Received a call promptly from Jaime! Had an appointment 1 day later and it was fixed by Jesus by the end of the week. Very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen. My entire experience from start to finish was wonderful.

Jesus was great. He knows what heâ s doing and did it very well! He explained everything he was going to do, answered my questions, and pointed out an issue that might need attention soon. He came on time, and completed the work within the timeframe. He kept the water shutoff time to a minimum. I would hire this company again, and I recommend them.

They were able to work with my schedule and did a great job in replacing my old sprinkler valves. They also replaced a 15+ year indoor controller. Marcos was very efficent. He checked all the 8 watering zones and got them all functioning!

This was a very pleasant surprise. My irrigation work was quite complicated. Jaime Vega owner of Southwest Environments and his crew Marco and Fernando were great. On time everyday and worked very hard to complete the job. I can highly recommend them for irrigation work.

On time reasonable price

The Southwest crew removed some large overgrown juniper bushes from my front yard. The men showed up on time, worked quickly, did a good job of removing the bushes and roots. When finished, they hauled away the debris and cleaned the area. Couldn't ask any more.

I contacted Jaime Vega he was very courteous and professional. we discussed what needed to be done. His staff came out the next morning and installed a new sprinkler control unit, replaced sprinkler heads and ran a line under a dirt drive way to put in two new sprinklers in an area that I had to hand water. I work but felt confident they would do a good job. I work close by so I came home at lunch and his men were finishing up the job. They were very polite and explained what they had done and set the timer as I wanted it. I will call on them again when I decide to put in a drip system. The price was good, very competitive. I had a really bad experience the day before with another contractor. Thank you Jaime , you and your staff give legitimate contractors a good name.

I contacted South West Environments through my search on HomeAdvisor. Mr. Jaime Vega called me immediately that same afternoon & arranged to come by and prepare an estimate for the work that I needed to have done. He arrived promptly on the day & time we agreed upon and provided a reasonable estimate not only for the yard cleanup but also for a demo of an old shed in the back yard. Jaime & his crew arrived promptly on the day & time agreed for the cleanup. Jaime & he crew set to work right away on a real mess of overgrowth & years of neglect on plants & trees and removed that old eyesore shed and were done that very same day and the results were great. I can now feel proud to have family & friends over for visits & BBQs and will continue with a monthly yard maintenance service & future cleanup projects based upon this experience. Did a full systems check on my sprinkle system and determined that my control box was not working. Installed the box and adjusted the sprinkler head for s very responsible price. Did a great job and very friendly.
