Excellent service, excellent work and top notch quality! They renovated the washroom, upgraded the sink and faucet and installed a new toilet. I am so happy I chose them for the job. I would definitely use them again.

Our toilet in a second bathroom busted a seal on Saturday, 1/8 so I called Sitko to set up an appointment. This is the third time we have used their services and they never disappoint. Lisa is the one I've spoken to each time when I've had to make an appointment and she is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Brooks and Joey came out on Tuesday, 1/11 and did a great job of resealing the toilet and snaking out two of our lines. Both of the guys were super courteous and knowledgeable...answering all of our questions and providing suggestions for issues that may arise in the future. I will definitely be calling Sitko again for any and all of my plumbing needs.

Sean and Mark showed up on time and ready for action. Sean knew exactly what was up with my Grohe shower and tried to order the parts...back-ordered! He ordered another product which came the next day and they had the shower fixed by 9:30am. I would definitely call Sitko Services again...true professionals! Thank you Lisa, Sean and Mark.

Sitko Services was very professional and I would definitely hire them again. Brooks and his employees showed up in a timely manner, accessed the situation and gave me a quote on the spot. They were able to fix the main problem while they were there and got our issued handled. The other items we wanted fixed were addressed as well and we set up a separate time to have those repairs completed.

Brooks was on time and insightful about how we were using the garbage disposal and issues with the plumbing that was done by the contractor that built our house were reassuring. Sitko Services is the only plumbing company I will use. I also really appreciate the fact that he came all the way up to North County (Vista) to help!

I called and spoke with their office and was told tech would contact me within 2 hours. No call back from the tech. I called the office again to follow-up, was put on hold while tech was contacted. Was told tech was not answering but a message was left. As water to the house was shut off, I contacted another provider, received a response within 5 minutes and had a tech scheduled out a little later that afternoon. I had used Sitko once before for a maintenance and troubleshooting call and found them responsive and professional. Not sure what happened this time. I never did hear back from them.

They did great work, were on time, very clean and were a little a pricey, but I would recommend and use them, again. They were only at my home for a little over two hours and charged me $950.

I called Sitko and Lisa answered, even though it was after hours. She was very friendly and personable, and got me set up with an appointment in the near future. Brooks and Dustin showed up on time and were professional and friendly. They were able to reset my water softener, and were also able to give me some quotes on other work and showed me some other potential issues I should look at. There was no pressure to do any other work, which I appreciated. They also don't charge just to come to the site, which is unusual (Culligan wanted to charge me $145 just to come and look at the system). They both seemed to care about doing good work for a good price, and were clearly knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and would hire them again!

I was extremely busy the day of service and did not have time to get quotes and my water valve was leaking. I have never used Sitko before but saw they were local and had a small review list but rated well so I decided to give them a try. They were unable to come during the day but came by at 5pm to replace valve. The service tech only gave me a flat rate of $500 and I reluctantly agreed due to my situation. After the install it was noted he spent about one hour on the job and installed a $40 part. When the cost sank in the next day I realized the cost was double what I should have paid. I asked other reputable pluming companies and they all agreed. When I called them to speak with me they were shocked I should question the price and told me other plumbers would have charged more up to $1000 which is a joke.

This review is a few months delayed, as I received Sitko's services in November 2017. Sitko did an excellent job with the plumbing work in my home. Brooks and Dustin initially came to my home, but Brooks ended up coming back a few more times. They were professional, punctual and efficient. Brooks in particular took the time to visit several different hardware stores each day to look for parts that I needed. Lisa was also very kind and helpful with scheduling, and always followed through with her word. Their prices are very reasonable for the excellent service and amount of effort they put into their work. I was extremely impressed with Sitko and truly appreciate their professionalism. I will definitely be using them in the future, and strongly recommend others to do the same - I'd be glad to give a reference for them so feel free to contact me!

Brooks and his assistant, Dustin, spent A LOT of time trying to help me "band-aid" and old water heater. After all of their hard work to do so, and it was decided that it be replaced, the two of them replaced our old water heater with new. The final product was super clean (even though I hadn't thought to clean it for them before they arrived. ugh!). They are VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and WILL DO THINGS RIGHT. I will refer them to our clients, family and friends.

Brooks is the only plumber I will ever use in San Diego. Even though I live in North county, he was responsive, informative, and professional at every point. I was having issues with my bathroom plumbing and he diligently explained all of my options. He didn't try to force an upsell like others that I had called, rather, he looked at the problem and identified the most effective solution that was within my budget. He made sure that I was comfortable with what was going on and that I knew what steps he was taking to address my problem. Hands down the most professional and courteous company I have dealt with in San Diego. It was incredibly easy to schedule through Lisa, who took my issues as seriously as if they were her own. You won't find a better, more trustworthy company to deal with.

We've used Sitko Plumbing a few different times and the experience has always been great. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly and get the repairs done. They have always been extremely professional and make sure all the repairs are explained to u so we can make the best decisions.
